Stylish and updated, this three-bedroom condo offers the perfect launching pad for your next (or first) Miramar Beach vacation. Located on the ground floor, you’ll have no trouble getting luggage in and out, and the beach – just a quick 5-minute walk away – will be all the closer. Community amenities include an outdoor pool, hot tub, and shared charcoal grill for relaxed family cookouts.

The Master offers a king-size bed, and the second and third bedrooms offer a queen-size bed. There are also 2 sleeper sofas in the living room, one full and one queen.

Start the day on your private patio with a cup of coffee, and head inside to make breakfast when hunger strikes. The bright, open space features modern, plush furnishings and tasteful nautical touches to enhance that vacation vibe. The chef will have everything they need in the "full" kitchen, outfitted with stainless steel appliances and counter space. Grab a seat at the breakfast bar or adjacent table to eat, then slip into your swimsuit and head out.

After a day on the sand or at the pool, you’ll love relaxing in the central AC while you freshen up. Make a night of it at one of many local restaurants less than a mile away, and then stroll home slowly along the beach, admiring the stars and planning for your next perfect vacation day tomorrow.

Alerio has one pool (heated seasonally depending on temperature and at the HOA's discretion), and is centrally located within minutes of a beautiful 18-hole golf course, beachfront local seafood dining, Destin Commons, Silver Sands Outlet Mall, Grand Boulevard, HarborWalk Village, Baytowne Village, parasailing, snorkeling, wave runners, kayak rentals, and more!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We thoroughly enjoyed the location of our rental in relation to the beach. The layout of our unit was also very nice for our family! The only drawback is allowing units to have vacuums. We used a broom for sand. The above units dropped things and vacuumed over and over again so that was loud and annoying but our stay was overall wonderful!
