Your dream vacation awaits! Enjoy breathtaking views of the gulf from the balcony of this completely refurnished and updated penthouse condo with three bedrooms and three bathrooms. Located on the 12th floor of The Majestic Sun overlooking Miramar Beach.

There is plenty of seating on the large balcony overlooking the gorgeous beach with its white sands and emerald water. The balcony is perfect for enjoying the beautiful sunsets, drinking coffee while watching the sunrise, having an evening cocktail, having meals or watching the water and just enjoying time with family and friends.

The living room has a large 75 inch smart TV and plenty of seating for everyone to relax and enjoy their vacation.

If you fly, drive and/or rent a car, you can get around the area easily. UBER and Lyft are also available. You can walk to many restaurants and shopping from the condo.

Each bedroom has a ceiling fan, TV, closet and an newly remodeled attached bathroom, private enough for each guest to feel comfortable during their stay.

We also provide one underground parking space and five camp chairs and umbrella for use on the beach.

Large walk-in closet in the Master Bedroom. This closet contains an iron and ironing board, an extra dresser and the sheets/blankets/pillows for the sleeper sofa.

There are plenty of linens, pillows and towels provided for each guest.

The kitchen has everything you need to prepare and enjoy meals for your family and friends.

Outside the condo on Scenic Gulf Drive is a boardwalk for walking, riding bikes, jogging, etc.

Of course, the beautiful white sand is always a great place to take a walk and enjoy the beauty of the Gulf.

This condo has a Master Suite with a king bed and an attached full size bathroom. There is a room with two full size beds and with an attached full size bathroom and there is a room with a queen size bed, that also has an attached full size bathroom.

Everything was perfect. The place is roomy, clean as a whistle and has an ocean front view to die for (the blacony is huge) . It is right across from the beach and is within walking distance to so many things. We went for a festival but would come back at any time in a heartbeat - Miramar Beach is the nicest beach I have been to in the US. Penny was so attentive and answered any questions immediately.

We enjoyed the views from the balcony in the mornings and evenings. It was a quick walk to the beach. The outlet mall was just a couple of miles down the road. We didn't have to drive very far to find some good restaurants. We would definitely come back again.

Fast, Fun and Fish!

We enjoyed the location of the condo being across from the beach with wonderful views of the ocean. Two family member’s snorkeled at the state park which was just a short drive and they swam with many fish and sea turtles. The layout of the condo worked perfectly for our family not even having to share a bathroom or bedroom. The huge laundry and open kitchen plan made our quick family getaway very comfortable. We enjoyed having morning coffee and watching the sunrise on the 12 th floor patio.

Lovely Beach View Condo

Nice renovations, but

Condo was very nice but the only drawback was two of the showers didn’t have hot water. When you pay for 3 bed/3 bath it’s a little disappointing when everyone has to take a shower in the master bath. We contacted the owner and she apologized but it wasn’t fixed while we were there and no compensation was offered. Oh well, you win some, you lose some.

Very Clean Condo

Condo was just as described. Plenty of room and very clean. Walk was not too far from the beach. Just across the road and the road wasn't too bad to cross. Excellent place to stay. Would definitely recommend.

Girls trip 2023

This condo is absolutely beautiful and had plenty of room for everyone! Penny was friendly and very communicative throughout the booking process and even let us into the condo early, which was awesome! The view is amazing and the beds and living room furniture are clean and comfortable. Bring extra toilet paper, paper towels/plates and trash bags.You’ll need them! We spent close to $500 on groceries and snacks for 8 people the 7 days we were there. We planned to eat breakfast and lunch in everyday, cook and eat leftovers most nights and only eat dinner out 1-2 nights. On the 3rd day, we went to use the microwave to reheat leftovers and it had stopped working. It had worked just fine the previous day, so we tried the plug and checked the breaker, but neither got it working. We quickly sent a text to Penny to tell her. After she sent someone to look at it, we learned that it was only 6 months old and had bit the dust already. She apologized and said she would look into getting a replacement as soon as possible. However, we never heard back about the microwave for the rest of the week. We had a lot of leftovers and microwaveable snacks that went to waste when we left because of this. The street out front is also very loud, the beach isn’t private and is kind of a walk with several steps to get down there, elevators have no AC and take a long time too. However, despite some minor inconveniences, it was a great trip and we will visit Miramar Beach again!

Amazing views

The condo is absolutely spectacular. The location was perfect for relaxing on our long weekend getaway. It was very clean and quiet with views that can’t be beat. There was plenty of space for our group of 4 girls. The decor was top notch and very beachy. They had an awesome kitchen to cook meals in which we did daily. There were not many basics for cooking so if you think you need it, bring it. Communication with the owner was super fast who Cg was helpful and she always answered all my questions! I definitely recommend this place for family or friend get aways. 🏖️

Thanksgiving on the beach!

Usually, my partner, daughter and I go down to Miramar Beach for thanksgiving- but this year we invited my in-laws and needed a larger place. We love staying at Majestic Sun and luckily this condo was available! Nicely appointed and well maintained, the beds were comfy (but a little high!) They had a dedicated parking spot as well as beach chairs and towels. Owner was great - sent everything ahead of time. Overall a great time! Highly recommend booking this place!
