They are not flexible with fees, have a very stark and boring lobby with no comfortability for talking with others. They charge too much for very few amenities.

The room was exceptional and i loved the very spacious bathroom. The property was immaculate and loved how clean it was. The staff especially Mike were great and very helpful.

Passage had no a/c and was hot. They didn’t mention that. Breakfast was sucky, limited!! They didn’t even provide individual box milks and expected everyone to pour out of a 1 gallon container; ridiculous. Staff were very good though.. also no pen or paper in the room which just about every other hotel provides. Won’t stay here again.

Front Desk staff training is lacking

Prior to arrival, I called and spoke to a female at the front desk about the possibility of shipping packages there to meet me. I was told that I could send packages, however it wasn’t until I was checking in that I was told there is a $2 charge per package. They should be upfront about their additional charges.
