This was the perfect place to stay in downtown Missoula. Exceptionally clean, beds were comfortable, sheets and towels were top notch, decor throughout the place was lovely, easy entrance into the unit and free parking. We would come back again.

Missoula Swim Meet Stay

The Downtown-Modern Urban Oasis totally lived up to the hype. The property is tastefully decorated and modern with all the amenities you could want. My son and I were in town for an outdoor swim meet that had very cold and wet weather, so the property really was an oasis of warmth and comfort for us at the end of each day. Hope to stay there again next year!

Perfect spot for a perfect week

Everything was fantastic!

This place will wow you the minute you enter the front door. Spacious and airy, modern but with such a warm, homelike appeal. We had everything we needed for cooking, plus a lot of extras. The view from the living/dining/ kitchen area was amazing. The books, puzzles and games were perfect and well thought out. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this property.

Missoula Masterpiece

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property and would highly recommend it to others. The interior was spacious and well maintained, parking was convenient, and the location was close to restaurants and shops. Our hosts were always available to answer questions. All in all one of the better VRBO properties I’ve stayed in.

Made School Drop Off So Much Easier

We rented this unit as a base for dropping off our son at the university. It was so nice to each have our own space and be walking/biking distance of so much. He biked to school to check out campus and hike the "M," and we walked to various coffee shops and restaurants. Parking was a breeze, and the huge windows provided the best stage for the awesome weather. We would absolutely rent this unit on a return trip. Thanks so much for making our trip that much better. Game day weekend

Stayed here for long Labor weekend and Griz football game. It was a great location to walk to campus and restaurants downtown. The place was clean, spacious and had everything you need. We would stay here again!

Montana weekend

Fabulous stay in downtown Missoula

This stylish & comfortable unit is nearly perfect, and only two short blocks from the river trails and downtown restaurants. The huge windows provide incredible mountain vistas, and at the same time have a privacy coating to prevent anyone seeing inside. The hosts thought of everything, including white noise generators to counteract the early morning city noises. We had a fabulous time!

Great place, HORRIBLE property manager, stay somewhere else!!

The place itself is nice and clean-minus the helicopters and delivery trucks arriving all night for the hospital and businesses within 100 feet. I could have lived with that if it wasnt for the property management company. Plum property management is a joke and impossible to work with. After booking and paying on VRBO several months ahead, a week before I am scheduled to go (and certainly purposefully when it is too late to book something else) I get a call and email that I need to fill out their ~10 page rental agreement and email copies of the drivers licenses for all of my guests. The agreement is longer than the one I use to rent full-time property I own?? It is full of threatening language and largely un-enforcable in court. I attempted to ask why I needed this for a 4 day stay when I had completed all of the requisite VRBO stuff. They were rude and offered no real answer. Further I explained that I wasnt going to send my DL to a "gmail" account (along with the credit card, address and everything they already have). I asked the owner to call me, but they refused, and I continue to deal with whomever this "customer service" person is. I am not sure what sort of legit business uses gmail, when email service is about $100. I quickly searched this company and they have horrible reviews on both BBB and yelp. It appears their main business is ripping off college kids who are spending "dad's money" and dont know any better (read the reports). I offered to meet them at the property to show ID, and/or go by their office as it was on the way into town. They finally relented and agreed to have someone meet me at the office. I get there, she refuses to let me in the building, takes my ID and locks the door behind her, apparently copying the info. If they arent putting together ID theft starter packages, why are they keeping all of this info?? VRBO has it, they have a credit card for damages?? I have NEVER had anything similar with VRBO in the past. Anyway, I would recommend another choice, or hopefully the owner will read this and choose a reputable agency to manage it and/or VRBO wises up and forces the change. Meanwhile, I will continue to watch my credit report for a scam...

Great Location

Great place within walking distance of downtown Missoula’s restaurants and bars. The condo was beautiful, exceptionally clean and right above a coffee shop. The only negative was that the property management company sent a 7 page contract after booking which included a clause indicating that the renter would still be charged if the A/C went out (they were expecting 100 degree temps during our visit). I contacted VRBO’s customer service about the contract who advised that the property management company would follow up to discuss but I didn’t hear back until a few days before our trip. I was told that we had no options (we had already been charged for the trip) and that I would forfeit our payment if we didn’t sign so I did. Thankfully, the A/C worked great and it was a nonissue but I do think this is something that should have been disclosed on VRBO before booking and something others should be aware of.
