This intelligent layout is particularly suitable for families or friends travelling together, as it offers plenty of privacy, although the entire house is exclusively available to you.
The living and dining rooms are spacious, flooded with natural light and feature an open-plan kitchen, perfect for socialising, cooking and enjoying meals together. Both balconies offer breathtaking views and invite you to relax. The spacious bedrooms are lovingly furnished and two bathrooms even have an infrared sauna for additional relaxation. There is a ski bus just 300 metres away, which takes you to the extensive Kitzbühel ski area in just a few minutes. Depending on the season, the surrounding area offers a variety of activities such as winter sports, hiking or exploring the impressive sights from the Grossglockner to the Krimml Waterfalls.
