The name reflects two meanings:
① its unique triangular exterior, and
② its role as a central base for exploring Miyazaki, located in the heart of the city.

This is a private entire house that can accommodate up to 8 guests, featuring a free dedicated parking space, home theater system, and spacious kitchen.
With a generous 4LDK + storage layout and 130㎡ of space, it is especially ideal for families and groups.

The largest entertainment district in Miyazaki, “Nishitachi,” is just a 5-minute walk away. Here you can enjoy local specialties such as Miyazaki beef, charcoal-grilled local chicken, Chicken Nanban, spiny lobster, local sake and shochu, and mango desserts made with Miyazaki mangoes.
Daily conveniences are also within walking distance, including supermarkets, convenience stores, drugstores, department stores, and even a public bath.

For leisure, the house offers excellent access to golf courses. Three major courses that host professional tournaments — UMK Country Club, Miyazaki Country Club, and Phoenix Country Club (Tom Watson Golf Course) — are all about a 20-minute drive away.
Miyazaki’s most popular sightseeing area, Aoshima, is also accessible in about 25 minutes by car.

Located in central Miyazaki City, the house is a perfect base for enjoying the region:
