Twas terrible. My door did not shut all the way so I had to put the armchair in front of the door to make sure it closed. The floor was dirty and dusty, there were cobwebs in the top corners, the towels were stained yellow and there were black stains all over the bathroom.

Bed very comfortable, no lighting in entry and room with microwave. Very dark. No hangers. Light bulbs in bathroom are out (2 of 3). Coffee pot spilled water everywhere.

Property was older but recently updated a bit . Clean and quiet . Manageer was friendly and informed about the area and thing available to do..Great area to beat the crowded area in Moad . Small town over looked . Close to the Park areas all in a days drive

The owner/manager was very cordial. This is a great economical place to stay close to Canyonlands. We don't need a ritzy expensive place to stay, this place fits our needs to rest and recoup for another day of hiking and outdoor adventure.

Great place to base camp and play outside. Bear's Ears, Natural Bridges, Arches, Canyonlands, and more are all an easy drive from this motel. If you're looking for a convenient and friendly place to stay at affordable rates, this is the place. Its decor is a bit tired but who cares when you're there to see the parks and monuments in the area. I would stay again in a heartbeat!

Too much traffic

Have stayed here before and enjoyed it as we travel here for golf, great local course. This trip our room was next to the highway through town and all night the rumbling of semi-trucks going by made for a bad night of sleeping. Will ask for a room in the back of the property next time.
