Central air conditioning will help keep everyone comfortable during your stay. Enjoy a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a kitchen island that doubles as a breakfast bar. Relax in the shade on the furnished patio after a day of adventures, then grill up a delicious dinner on the private gas grill. The private washer/dryer will help keep everything in order so you don't have to wear your dusty clothes to your next adventure. This home is set a brand new development in Moab, where you can enjoy shared amenities that include an outdoor swimming pool and a hot tub!

What's nearby:
This condo is located just over one mile northwest of downtown Moab and less than five miles from the entrance to Arches National Park. If you want to make a day of your national park explorations, you'll also be just 30 miles northeast of Canyonlands. Closer to home are such wonderful attractions as the Moab Aquatic Center, Swanny City Park, and Raven's Rim Zip Line Adventure (all within one mile!), as well as plenty of great restaurants, grocery stores, and recreational outfitters.

Great place to stay. Close to sand flats to have access to the trails. Snake oil coffee is a great find close by. Walking distance to down town. Has parking just outside to accommodate larger trucks and trailers. Quiet street. Have stayed in these rentals 2 other times.

We stayed in Moab to visit Arches and Canyonlands. The house was very clean and convenient to both parks. As Moab goes, this seemed to be one of the nicer places to stay. We enjoyed the town, outdoor activities, and the house was roomy, clean, and convenient. Would highly recommend.

Perfect home for a family

Gorgeous home with four large bedrooms which was perfect for our family of five. Loved having a soaking tub! Very clean, easy access to town with garage parking! Very quiet area and we enjoyed the pool/hot tub after long days of adventure.

We enjoyed our stay. Our rental was clean, comfortable and accommodating. We would suggest more kitchen towels, another frying pans and a grab bar in the bathroom.

Great spot to base your trip

We used this space to gather with college roommate families and catch up. This location had easy access to all things Moab, close to main street and outdoor acitivities. My kids have decided this is the only viable place to stay in Moab, it was comfortable and provided plenty of space.

Great location for Arches

We were headed to Arches and Canyonland for vacation and this location was the perfect spot. We were able to easily get to the parks and found the bonus of petroglyphs and dinosaur tracks. The Moab community was great and we enjoyed the condo, pool, and ease of working with the host. I would recommend this for anyone headed to the Moab area.
