Place was clean and ready
The condo was fine for what my husband and I needed. I appreciated that it was pet friendly with a sheet to cover the sofa, dog bowl, etc. to welcome my dog. The problem we did have was with to property manager. The code to the door didn't work the whole time we were there and we had to leave the door unlocked. We instructions for the TV were a bit confusing (to many controllers). Had to manually turn on the TV. Contacted property manager immediately and said they'd send someone, no one ever showed up. They said they did, but if they did they would of locked the front door and it was left unlocked just like we left it.

Great place to stay
Very clean & comfortable! Great location, just a short drive to downtown area. Kitchen well equipped. We enjoyed the private patio and very happy we could bring our little dog with us. Would highly recommend.

Great Location
Our stay was overall enjoyable! The location was great, it was nice to escape the hustle and bustle of downtown MOAB. The garage was a nice touch as well; we were able to store bikes/river gear in there while exploring. The house is well appointed, and there as ample parking for two vehicles.

Clean and cozy in a quite Neighbour hood . Very Close to Moab and Arches. Even has a welcome basket for dogs - woof! Lovely patio out back and house has all you need for a short or long stay. Highly recommend.

Nice townhouse
The location was perfect, close to Arches and Canyolands, close to stores and restaurants. Very quiet area. Our beds were very comfortable. My kids loved the community pool.

Hi, we came to town to ghost the Easter Jeep Safari (we didn't go on any of the organized rides) and got exactly what we wanted. Half way expected to be in a "golfing culture" complex and was pleased to see nothing but jeeps in the parking lot!
