The incredible landscapes of Arches National Park 11 miles north, Canyonlands National Park 36 miles west, and Dead Horse Point State Park 39 miles west are also within an easy drive. This prime location places you mere minutes from some of the world’s best mountain biking, hiking, ATV trails, sensational kayaking, rafting, and rock climbing.

This beautiful townhome is fully furnished and ready to rent for your next getaway. Gorgeous floors, lots of natural light, and an open-concept floor plan work to extend the interior space throughout the home. Get creative in the pretty full kitchen, then serve your guests at the handsome dining table. Endless outdoor activities in the Rim Vista complex include two pools, a hot tub, tennis courts, a basketball court, and a playground. At the end of the long day exploring the area, this townhome is the perfect place to return to.

THINGS TO KNOW
There are no ground-floor bedrooms.
The swimming pool is seasonal and only open and available from mid-April through the end of October, weather permitting.
There are two designated parking spots in front of the home.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Pleasant Stay

Pleasant stay, wonderful accommodations and great space. It was hard to get the hide-a-key to work; it wasn't clear which one to unlock and it took a couple minutes to open. Additionally, we had to unwire the smoke and carbon monoxide alarm as it was out of battery and would not stop beeping and alerting "low battery".

Well located, clean and cozy property

Overall had a great experience staying here. The check-in and checkout instructions were clear and easy to follow, the apartment is well organized and very functional for multiple people to stay in and the kitchen is well equipped for basic cooking, as we did for breakfast. The best part about the property has to be its location, it's only about 5-10 minutes from downtown Moab, about 15-20 minutes from Arches, and about 45-50 minutes from Canyonlands. It is extremely convenient to stay here if you plan to hit these various parks. While we didn't go to Dead Horse State Park, that is also very close by and doable for anyone interested. My friends and I had a great experience overall staying at this property and definitely recommend it for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient location to explore the area.

Trip to Arches & Canyonlands

This condo was fantastic. My husband & I and another couple did a trip to all 5 southern Utah national parks. We stayed at this condo 3 nights for its proximity to Arches & Canyonlands. It was also a short drive into the heart of Moab for restaurants, bars, coffee shops & groceries. The condo was perfect with an on-suite bath for each bedroom. The whole place was very clean, comfortable and updated. It was better in person than the photos. I would highly recommend it!

We were very pleased

We have never had a situation where there was a lock box for the house key, but we figured it out. The apartment was amazing. Furniture was comfortable. However, the air conditioner was quite loud.

Great condo

This was a nice, spacious condo just south of Moab, enjoyed our stay there. Kitchen was well stocked, nice to have washer and dryer available. It was nice to be away from the hustle and bustle of Moab, but still close to town and Arches!

This place was perfect for our needs. We liked exploring the national parks in the area, as well as Moab. Home was clean, and had everything we needed for our stay. The grocery store in town was great. The shared hot tub was amazing after lots of hiking. The views were great as well.

Quick drive to downtown Moab and 10 min to Arches. Quiet neighborhood and nice pool area. Townhouse was easy to find and very clean. Had everything we needed. Would gladly stay here again if we come back to Moab.

Absolutely wonderful!!

Absolutely loved this townhouse! So spacious with a beautiful layout, kitchen, bed/bath, and sunny front and back patios to sit outside. Very peaceful and quiet development and great location that is very easy to get to. Actually sad that we were out hiking all day during our time in Moab leaving little time to enjoy this beautiful stay. Will absolutely stay again if visiting Moab again.

For most part the place was clean. Some issues with cleanliness of the carpet in upstairs hallway but otherwise good. Clean dishes still in dishwasher when we got there. No binder with instructions/directions. Never did find the hot tub and pool since we were there at night only. Poorly lit turn in and parking lots. Sink in spare bedroom slow draining. Otherwise no major issues.

Perfect Unit!

We had a great stay during Thanksgiving. We were so happy to have a full kitchen, and the Vacasa team was so nice to leave pans to roast the turkey and sides, cute napkins and candy. We also appreciated them putting 2 nightstands in the master and guest bedrooms (originally there was just 1 nightstand in each). It would be nice if the unit had a coffee table. The unit was clean and it was nice to have space.
