Guests will also be very close to the communal pool and recreation amenities (pool, hot tub, basketball/tennis court, and children’s playground).

The townhouse is just three miles south of downtown Moab, a mecca for quenching your thirst for adventure, nature, and geology. To cool off during the hot summer months, enjoy or playing at Ken’s Lake (nine miles away). Do you have a love for National and State Parks? Explore the nearby Arches and Canyonlands National Parks, just a two mile drive out.

We really enjoyed staying at this location just south of Moab. We were close to all the 4WD sites like Hells Revenge an 7 Mile Rim Trail.

Excellent quality from all aspects. Value for this level of property is far above expectations. The views all around are exceptional, very clean townhome with everything you need, and very comfortable beds. We really appreciated the gas grill and used it three nights for dinner. Checking in and out was very easy and we had no issues during our stay. The community is clean and quiet. We did not use the pool or hot tub but they looked very clean and inviting. We would most definitely book this townhome again if we return to Moab.

Great base for our Moab adventures

Enjoyed our stay in this townhome. Had everything we needed for our family with lots of space, garage (great for ease of storing bikes when not in use), next to pool/playground area in the complex, lots of kitchen things, towels, beds super comfy (on par with my home tempurpedic). A little further south of town but this was fine with us to be away from the bustle of town as driving was easy And not too far for the things we wanted to do.

Moab 240 Base

Stayed here while training for the upcoming Moab 240 ultramarathon. Location away from the hustle bustle of downtown Moab. Nice neighborhood.

If heading to Moab, you can't go wrong with this unit.

Five stars all the way from a clean spacious layout to wonderful views. As good as advertised with a two car garage, a full kitchen with plenty of dishes and utensils, spacious living space and bedrooms and cable TV with local stations. Just a great place to stay just a few miles south of downtown Moab, but easy access to the highway.

Perfect for a Moab HOV Experience

Check in and checkout was super easy. Views of the La Sal mountains out one window and the red cliffs west of Moab out the other. Very close to the pool area. Nice parking for vehicles and trailers. Short drive to trails and to down town.

Great base camp for the family

Once you figure out where it is, it’s definitely a great base for day trips in and out of the Moab area. Very quiet and chock full of amenities. The place was much larger than what the photos showed. Plenty of space for everyone to spread out. The pool and hot tub as well as other amenities were a bonus. Our family of 5 stayed here for 3 nights. Next time, we’ll be stsying longer. Recommended’

The house was fine but the property management could have been better. The shampoo dispensers were empty and did not arrive till one day later. The TV remote was missing batteries. The washing machine had damp towels thst were mildewing.

Nice condo not far from town.

Condo was in a good location. Great view of the La Sal mountains. Not walkable to town, but drivable in ~7 minutes or <15 minutes to Arhes. Unit was clean. Having a garage was nice as we were traveling with bicycles. My only complaint is the A/C system/main fan is right next to the master bedroom on the main floor and is VERY loud, which is a bit annoying at night, but there probably isn't much that can be done about that. This unit is one of closest to the pool, so only about a 20 yard walk.

Good property but problem with check-in

I had a problem with check-in with this property. I received a notice that I could check-in early, but ended up showing up right at normal check-in time, only to find out that the key in the lock box was missing. After calling the help number it took over an hour before I heard back from the manager, so was waiting at the property with my kids unable to get in. Eventually after the call back I was given a code for a backup key and we got in. Other than the check-in issue, it was a good property and location.

New, Convenient, and Comfortable!

This three bedroom, three bathroom, two car garage townhome is so new that its street is not even on maps yet. It is on the south end of town about three miles out of the city center. It has all the comforts of home and is great condition. I only have a few complaints
.First, there was a dirty towel left over in the master bathroom and some old food left under the coffee table in the living room. Second, the master bathroom shower/tub combo fills up with water when you take a shower no matter how much you adjust the drain. Lastly, there was a bunch of oil left on the floor of the garage. Some of these issues may be from the cleaning crew but the drain situation in the master bathroom is a real problem (and the reason for 4 stars instead of 5 stars). All in all we had a great time and this townhome felt like a home away from home it just had a few issues to note but otherwise I would stay there again and recommend it to others. Enjoy!

Good place to return to after exploring the parks

It was nice to return to this comfortable spacious place. The swimming pool and hot tub shared facility was nice. The house was stocked well. The beds were comfortable. We really appreciated having a garage. It made unloading and loading the car after sunset so much nicer. Arrived after dark so finding the specific unit was a bit tricky but we managed. GPS just takes you to the general area and you need to drive around and read the unit numbers on the various units to find yours. In the dark is a bit harder. Seems most of the units were rentals and when walking to the pool in the evening other guest out side grilling or visiting. Everyone friendly. I felt it was a safe secure area to stay.
