We were unable to get internet in our room or on the balcony. The walls and door in the toilet were filthy with dust and cobwebs. The place overall looks very neglected. They should advise in the booking process that there are a steep flight of stairs to go up for the apartments. My husband and I are retired and found them very difficult.

A suggestion - your note asked us to bring rubbish downstairs. All good, but please provide a better quality bin liner with handles as the plastic liner bag split on the second top step!! Two bottles smashed as they fell out through the stairs onto the concrete below. Oh what a mess!! Staff were lovely in helping to clean up the awful mess.
