Why stay at a hotel when you can have a home? The Cozy SPOT Oakdale is a great stop over point on your way to the Sierras or Yosemite or if you're in town visiting family and friends. Full use of cozy home to relax when you're visiting the Central Valley. BBQ, and WIFI. New flooring throughout the house, new linens and furniture gives a fresh new look. Oh and a Pool! Newly installed child pool safety fencing with safety latch and self closing gate. This is a fantastic new feature allows families to hang out on the patio and relax.

We had a wonderful time! The house had everything we needed and more. Beds were comfortable and linens were fresh. No televisions in bedrooms was a welcome surprise. Open floor plan of the house made it very cozy. The pool was amazing!! We were glad we brought our umbrella for the pool. It worked perfectly. Thank you so much for sharing your home with us. Comfortable

My brothers and I came to visit our mom. House was clean and comfortable. A Very nice house. Quiet neighborhood with the exception of the dogs next door. To be expected in a subdivision. We thought the pots and pans were due to be replaced and a couple dish cloths to clean the countertops and wash dishes with. The dishwasher was not working properly. Overall a nice place to have a great visit with family.

Great Stay

Wow. What an amazing home . My family and i where looking for a little getaway and glad we found this home in Oakdale. We loved loved the pool . Home was very clean abs had what you needed to enjoy your stay. Anyone looking for a nice getaway from the Bay Area this is your place . Will definitely be back. Thanks again.

Weekend stay

The house was very clean and well stocked with everything we could have needed. Unfortunately due to the weather we weren't able to use the pool but the backyard would have been perfect for a BBQ and pool time. Definitely would stay here again if in the area.

Exactly what we were looking for

The "Cozy Spot" is a wonderful place to relax. We were looking for a comfortable home to stay at while visiting with relatives nearby and we are so happy to have found this spot. The beds are comfy and clean. The home is tastefully decorated with plenty of seating for everyone, but the highlight was the backyard pool. A perfect spot to enjoy the central valley sunshine. We took some early morning walks to a shady park nearby and an afternoon swim to cool down. This home is not far from lakes and other recreational areas that we visited. There are orchards and vineyards nearby along with some cute local restaurants. The check-in process was very easy, and the hosts were super helpful. We will definitely look forward to another stay!

Oakdale Oasis

We spent 3 night at this lovely comfortable home in a quiet neighborhood. Clean, so comfy beds/pillows, walks to Valley View Park to stand along the river, took a refreshing swim in the pool, ate our meals on the patio table outside, just perfect. The hosts Colleen and Chris were so attentive to any needs. We hope to come back.

I’m barking dog for three days in a row will not heat there was a mouse or a rat in the kitchen so now I don’t advised this place for anyone it was extremely misleading pretty pictures for the nightmare

2 hour drive from everything!!!

We arrived after 2 days and 1300 miles on the road... finding the house was pretty easy and we were just minutes from grocery stores and restaurants... the river was a bit of a trek but we made it anyway. Every neighbor we passed was courteous and kind.. the next door neighbor even gave us fresh tomatoes from his garden!! The house was very well equipped with all the linens and appliances... the pool was super appreciated after triple digit heat all week!! We travelled to Monterey Bay, Yosemite, Calaveras big trees and San Francisco!! Each destination was literally 2 hours or less from this house!! We really took advantage of the full kitchen and cooked full breakfasts every morning and dinner every night! The beds were comfy and clean.. we inspect every home we stay in for bugs and this one passed with flying colors! The only drawback was we battled little black ants all week... they mostly invaded the master but we found ant spray in the garage and made it habit to spray along the base boards every day. This home a perfect base for our big California trip!! If you want to see California and sample the fruits of this agricultural bases town, this house is the place to be. Fruit stands were nearby in any direction... you've never had a peach, apricot or strawberry until you've had a fresh one off a family style farm... yum!!! Thank you for opening ur home to us!!! It was a very pleasant stay!!

Great place in Oakdale

Thank you for the use of your lovely property in Oakdale. It was a perfect location for a sister's reunion. The house was immaculate and well maintained and had everything we needed for our long weekend. We had a little trouble accessing the TV, but Chris was very responsive to our request for assistance. Thank you again.
