Fantastic south facing villa situated in an most enviable position overlooking both Puerto Rico and Amadores beach. The villa boasts spectacular 360 degree panoramic views over Puerto Rico, Amadores and the mountains inland.

The villa has a private garden and swimming pool with sun all day long. Offering different areas to relax, including fantastic Balinese bed or the chill-out areas. You will be sure to find your favourite spot to spend time resting, reading, or simply sunbathing in the Canaries abundant sunshine!

Offering top quality decoration in a contemporary style. Double glazing all round, and numerous balconies throughout, along with air conditioning in every room.

The villa has a fully equipped and spacious relaxing lounge. An open plan kitchen from where you can still enjoy the views while preparing a meal! The dining and living room have glass patio doors leading directly to the furnished terrace, which has a dining table that can accommodate up to 8 people. Nice for al fresco dining or the villa BBQ at your disposal. Also a nice place to take your breakfast and plan the day as the sun rises!

There are 3 large bedrooms, which sleep 7 people comfortably, each one with each own bathroom. On the first floor:
- The first Master bedroom with a double bed, has an en suite bathroom along with two balconies, of which one has a dining table and two chairs to enjoy the views.
- The second Master bedroom with a double bed, has a bathroom close to it and a direct access to a terrace that has two airmchairs to enjoy stunnig views.

And the Top floor bedroom that spans the entire top floor of the villa! with 3 single beds, It has an en suite bathroom. In addition, it has an amazing roof terrace accessed directly from the top floor bedroom via patio doors. A totally private area with two round armchairs to enjoy fantastic views and overlooked by no-one.

The views of the sunset over Amadores beach and into the Atlantic Ocean are spectacular!

Villa au soleil

Ein Ferienhaus in dem man gern wohnt.

Bei diesem Ferienhaus handelt es sich um ein modernes, gut ausgestattetes und gepflegtes Haus fĂŒr bis zu sechs Personen. Gern wĂ€ren wir auch lĂ€nger als 10 Tage geblieben. :-)Die Fotos sind leider mit Weitwinkelobjektiven auf genommen. Das GrundstĂŒck und der Pool sind deutlich kleiner als die Fotos es vermuten lassen. Es gab leider nur drei intakte Sonnenliegen. Der Rest war defekt. Ein kleiner unnötiger Wermutstropfen bei einem so schönen Objekt.

Tolles Haus - aber am falschem Platz

Dieses Haus ist wirklich toll und der Service, den Liliana uns geboten hat, ist wirklich perfekt. Der Pool wird 3x die Woche gereinigt und das Haus 1x die Woche. Der Ausblick ist wunderschön. Der Blick aufs Meer ist so gut wie aus jedem Zimmer zu sehen. Aber, wenn man LÀrmempfindlich ist (wie wir) ist es das falsche Haus. Die Musik aus dem Tal von Puerto Rico schallt nach oben - bis morgens um 4:00 Uhr. Und wenn die unteren HÀuser besetzt sind, schallen auch die Stimmen nach oben. Wenn dieser LÀrm einen nicht stört, dann ist es das perfekte Haus.

From beginning to end our stay was amazing. The photos don’t do it justice, its even better in reality. First impressions didn't fail, the villa is totally private, not overlooked by anyone, which Is what we wanted. It is spotlessly clean with everything you could possibly need in the kitchen especially, a beautiful selection of indoor and outdoor dining sets, cutlery, glasses and every kind of kitchen equipment you could possibly need. So nice to open a cupboard or drawer and find what you need. The living area was beautiful, so homely but modern, dining table and chairs comfy sofa, HUGE curved tv and light coming in from every angle. Upstairs on the first floor via the stunning wide spiral staircase were two bedrooms, on En-suite and a family shower bathroom with a large window. Both bedrooms had fantastic balconies with large comfy chairs, plant of wardrobe space in both rooms. Upstairs to the top floor via a lovely white wooden staircase was the 3rd bedroom, what can I say, it’s absolutely huge, with a double bed that can be either be made into two singles, another glass fronted balcony with two huge round chairs and a table, the views from up here are totally mind blowing, you can see both Amadores and Puerto Rico beaches, it’s perfect for an early evening drink to watch the sun go down or to relax in total peace and quiet in the morning. The garden and pool were just perfect, pool was heated too, bbq and seating. Liliana is a perfect host highly recommended BOOK NOW!

Fantastic it WAS !

We have stopped in many Villas throughout the years and this was hands down the best in my opinion. Lilliana the host was just amazing. The location is perfect and the views outstanding. You are within walking distance to supermarkets/pubs and restaurants and bus stops which will take you almost anywhere. A car is the way to go though with very cheap car rental prices. The Villa can only accommodate parking for a small car only. Loved this villa will definitely use again.

Lovely Villa

Would 100% return. Beautiful villa, very clean and as pictures. Fantastic quiet location with amazing views. Had a small issue with the hot water on arrival but it was dealt with promptly when we contacted Liliana. Spent an amazing relaxing chilled out quiet week with my partner and would definitely return.

Lovely property, great views and really helpful owner

We have just arrived home from this wonderful property and are really missing the incredible views, the pool and the property itself. The villa is really well equipped (we self catered all week) and is in a lovely position, not overlooked and with panoramic views to the mountains, over the town and also to the sea, just lovely! There is a good local shop 5 mins walk away and Liliana the owner was so helpful all week - we also really appreciated the visit of the cleaner mid stay and the pool cleaners every few days to keep the property up to a brilliant standard. Thanks so much Liliana! I honestly can’t think of any negatives and would definitely recommend the villa to others.

Great trip

We have a really lovely stay in Gran Canaria. The villa is well located, clean and had enough space for the 5 of us. The views are great and there are amenities walking distance away. Liliana was a very attentive host and went out of her way to make our stay a good one. There were a few things about the villa that could have been better but these are very minor issues - some of the showers and sinks draining slowly, the dryer not working and sadly the pool wasn’t heated so we couldn’t use it. That said, we were very happy and well cared for!!

We hadden een zeer goede vakantie in dit huis. Er waren veel pluspunt; veel zon, mooie oriëntatie, indeling van de kamers en open keuken, goed werkende airco's, als bij verrassing werd halverwege de week het huis een poetsbeurt en werden de bedden verschoond en werden er propere handdoeken gelegd, vriendelijke poetsvrouw,... De minpunten: geen verwarmd minizwembad dus té koud, 's avonds heel veel nachtlawaai, de droogkast werkte niet, electriciteit is verschillende malen uitgevallen, kleine tuin, ....

We had tried 3 times to stay at this villa and had to cancel twice because of the Covid epidemic. It was well worth trying for the third time because we thoroughly enjoyed every minute of our stay. Liliana is a fantastic host and was very patient with us as when our flight was delayed and we subsequently got lost late at night in the dark. The situation of the villa gives magnificent views as is enjoyed from every room, which were tastefully decorated. The pool was kept pristine. We will be back!

No es lo que aparenta

La verdad que por el precio que tiene y haciendo comparativa con otras villas deja bastante que desear en cuanto a lo que parece en las fotos y al mantenimiento de la casa. La piscina es pequeña, la cocina muy pequeña también, el césped bueno que era mås tierra que césped, las persianas que tiene una de las habitaciones casi no abren ni cierran, en el åtico hay una ventana enorme que no tiene ni como cerrarla y cuando amanece un poco ya te desvelas, en el baño de ese åtico no hay donde apoyar nada y tampoco tiene armario, sólo un cuadradito allí de cualquier manera para poner unas prendas, es realmente båsico todo, en las fotos parecía algo mucho mejor la verdad y me reitero que siempre viajamos a villas y esta es la mås desastrosa en cuanto a calidad/precio. Hasta el portal para meter el coche que estå en plena curva y es un peligro, tienes que bajarte para abrirlo con la llave y mientras tanto dejar el coche cruzado en la carretera, ya estando como estå situado debería ser automåtico, para agilizar. La limpieza sobre todo en el åtico también fue muy justa, subiendo las escaleras ya veías el polvo por el suelo. Tengo que también recalcar que Liliana fue un encanto y enseguida puso remedio al tema de la limpieza. Por lo demås la villa a nuestro criterio no vale ese dinero, por no funcionar ni funcionaba la luz de la piscina, muy justito todo, falta mucho mantenimiento.

Helt fantastisk udsigt over Atlanterhavet

Ren, enkel, pÊn og stor lejlighed. Fin mulighed for at lave mÄltider hjemme pga flot veludstyret kÞkken. Kun 5-8 min. gang til fint madindkÞb og ok restauranter. Perfekt til familie med teenagere, der kan fÄ eget vÊrelse og toilet. SmÄ bÞrn i lejligheden er ikke en god ide pga mange trapper og dyb pool, laveste sted 1,30, dybeste 1,60. Øverste etage har lÊkre loungestole og den bedste udsigt i omrÄdet. Man kan herfra se smukke solnedgange. Obs pÄ, at der ikke er dÞr til Þverste etage. Mellemste etage har to super sovevÊrelser med hver sit bad og toilet og hver deres terrasse med udsigt over vandet. Der er ligeledes toilet i stueplan hvor der ogsÄ er terrasse med bord og stole til spisning. Udsigten herfra er ogsÄ suverÊn. Vi gik ned til havnen og stranden pÄ 30 min. Og kunne tage taxa hjem for 4 euro. Hvis man har lejet bil kan den holde pÄ grunden indenfor hegn. Det var et rigtig godt ophold.
