A premium vacation home in the heart of Småland

Do you want to explore the south of Sweden? Well then, this is definitely where you would want to stay! This vacation apartment is located in the heart of Småland, with endless possibilities to get to know Sweden. It was newly built in a typical country barn, located in a typical Swedish village, with the fresh smell of nature just outside its doorstep.


The apartment can house a maximum of eight people, with the possibility of adding a couple of beds upon request. Two of the bedrooms have Queen Size beds, while there is an loft with the remaining four single beds. There are two bathrooms with a shower each to meet our guests' presumably wishes to keep fresh scented, and a well equipped kitchen to make it as available as possible to stay well fed during your holiday. In the spacious living area there is plenty of room for our guests to hang out. You could all cuddle up in front of the TV, spread out a boardgame across the dining table or just relax with a good book in one of the lounge chairs. On particularly hot summer evenings (or any evenings really ..) the large balcony makes a perfect spot for drinking wine, coffee or other liquids of your choice. If you are lucky, which we are quite often, you might even be able to spot a deer or two, or ten, from up there!

Lovely stay in a beautiful location

We spent almost two weeks at Ros-Marie’s place and had an excellent time. The house has everything one could need and is in a beautiful location on the edge of the woods. Ros-Marie was a great host and was very responsive to all questions we had. We would love to come back!

It was a fantastic trip in sweden. Ros-Marie (the host) is such a lovely and kind person who welcomed us with open arms. The location is a dream if you want to slow down your life. The loudest noise was the rain and sometimes the 3 horses. The fittings in this house was luxurious and we could find anything we need. We would love to come back.

Heerlijke vakantie

Ros-Marie stond ons op te wachten toen we aan kwamen rijden en gaf ons een rondleiding. Wat een luxe verblijf! Heerlijke bedden. Het balkon geeft een mooi uitzicht en het is prachtig als de herten tevoorschijn komen. De poezen en kittens waren een bonus. Ook al waren we er maar 3 nachten, het verblijf was heerlijk. Een aanrader!

Das Haus ist sehr schön- die Lage ist typisch-man erreicht in wenigen Kilometern sämtliche Bedürfnisse- Hundebesitzer sollten beachten, dass eine Glastreppe als Zugang nach oben vorhanden ist. Mich persönlich hat die Lüftungsanlage in der Nacht gestört- jeder Raum hat eine Zwangsbelüftung.

Urlaub in mitten der Natur mit schöner Unterkunft

In der ruhig gelegen Umgebung nahe der Stadt Alvesta sind viele wunderschöne Seen in direkter Waldlage, der perfeklte Ort um abzuschalten und den Alltaggstress zu vergessen. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich, das Objekt sehr sauber und komfortabel. Die Nutzung der Außenanlage (Terrasse und Garten) war möglich und es gab viel Platz für die Verpflegung und Kühlmöglichkeiten in der Unterkunft. Desweiteren sind viele Angebote für Ausflüge in unmittelbarer Nähe, Erholung pur für alle die die unangetastete Natur lieben.

Ausgefallene Ferienwohnung in der Natur

Sehr liebevoll und modern eingerichtete Ferienwohnung mit Klimaanlage. Der Hof liegt sehr idyllisch im Grünen. Unsere Hunde haben sich ebenfalls sehr wohlgefühlt. Ros-Marie ist eine tolle Gastgeberin. Wer Ruhe und Natur sucht, ist hier absolut richtig. Einziges Manko: Die Schlafzimmer haben kein Fenster, lediglich eine Belüftungsanlage.

Unser 1.Urlaub in Schweden und wir haben bloß gut diese tolle Ferienwohnung gefunden. Sehr nette Vermieterin, hat uns super empfangen und uns alles erklärt und jederzeit. Wohnung ist mit sehr viel Liebe eingerichtet uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Außer das Wetter wollte nicht so recht mitmachen und wir konnten die tolle Terasse nicht nutzen. Wenn wir noch mal nach Schweden fahren dann auf jeden Fall wieder in dieses Haus.

Super schön, ruhig, Natur pur und ohne Ende Platz und großzügig eingerichtet

Die Küche ist perfekt und sehr großzügig eingerichtet, alles da. Sehr schöne Bäder. 2 schöne geschmackvolle Doppelbettzimmer. Riesiges Wohn- Esszimmer mit bequemen Sesseln und Sofa. Langer Esstisch mit vielen Stühlen, toll. Und oben unter dem Dach 4 Einzelbetten jeweils gegenüber. Sehr kuschelig mit Vorhang zum Zuziehen. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

Just PERFECT!

This holiday house in 1 word: PERFECT! It was a pleasure to stay here in Ros-Marie's holiday house. The house offered a lot of space, was very light, quiet, very clean, modern, great beds, lovely decoration, all equipment was available, very modern, and so much more. For us it was the perfect place to stay and all our needs were fulfilled. The balcony and the terrace were really nice, as well as the garden, and the cats and kittens were adorable. Ros-Marie is a great host, very friendly and fluent in English. We normally never travel to the same place, but here we would love to come back, FOR SURE! Everything is included (bed linen, towels, cleaning, internet, electricity, water,...) so the price is more than fair for what you get :-) One very minor thing I can think of that could be added, is a hairdryer ;-)

Det här boendet är fantastiskt. Hade frukost ingått hade jag trott att jag var på ett lyxigt hotell. Alla bekvämligheter ingick. Det var snyggt, praktiskt och modernt. Läget nära skogen, bort från trafik och annat var perfekt. Badsjön i närheten kan varmt rekommenderas. Och som bonus fick barnen umgås med 7 katter och 8 kattunger.

We spent 4 days in this wonderful place, the place itself is wonderful and perfectly equipped. The surroundings are really nice, we got a lot of tips for places to visit that were really worth it. We will come back. Our whole family (my children with 11 and 12) enjoyed every second we spent there, and the host was really helpful, reachable and nice.

Allt stämde överens med onlineannonsen! Städat, fint och väldigt trevligt. Platsen är väldigt underbart och det är definitivt något vi kommer åka tillbaka till. Ja, man fristes til at skrive, at ferieboligen ikke er værd at bruge penge på - MEN KUN FOR AT FÅ MULIGHEDEN FOR AT LEJE DEN PÅ ALLE TIDER AF ÅRET....... 😉 Denne feriebolig er ganske simpelt en perle, ikke mindst fordi udlejeren har sat sig ind i hvad man som lejer helst vil have af luksus og det man helst vil undgå i lejeperioden - heri rengøring.. Denne feriebolig kan varmt anbefales, luksus og fantastiske værter, og et plus - området er super til vandreture... Ydermere bliver man budt velkommen af chokolade og en flaske bobler..... fantastisk... 😊

Wohlfühlurlaub

Wir haben uns sehr wohl in der liebevoll und sehr schön eingerichteten Wohnung gefühlt. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Vielen Dank dafür. Wir waren zu acht dort. Für alle standen Fahrräder zur Verfügung, mit denen wir zum 2,5 km entfernten See gefahren sind. Eingekauft haben wir bei ICA in Moheda, ca. 10 km entfernt. Der See in Ryderholm, ebenfalls 10 km entfernt, hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Duschen und Toiletten standen dort zur Verfügung. Wer Erholung sucht, ist hier genau richtig!

Die Unterkunft liegt sehr schön gelegen abseits von Hektik und Massentourismus eine halbe Stunde von Växjö entfernt. In maximal 1 Stunde Autofahrt sind diverse Sehenswürdigkeiten wie Nationalpark, Åsnan See zu erreichen. Fahrräder sind vorhanden und der 1 km entfernte Badesee lädt zum verweilen ein. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und in die Wohnung ist bestens ausgerüstet.

Beautiful house with lot of space in the middle of Småland.

This is a very nice place. There were every think you could think of. When we arrived, Willian took care of us, there were chocolate, cookies and fresh apple juice which the kids and we like very much We had 4 very nice days and if we are going to the same area another time, we would definitely stay here again.
