Lors de notre rĂ©servation que les draps et serviettes Ă©taient compris dans le prix, heureusement que nous avons appelĂ© pour rĂ©server un lit parapluie, on nous a dit que les draps et serviettes n'Ă©tait pas compris dedans c'Ă©tait quinze euros supplĂ©mentaires par personne, nous les avons rĂ©servĂ©s deux jours avant par tĂ©lĂ©phone, le matin de notre arrivĂ©e on nous appelle pour nous dire que la rĂ©ception Ă©tait fermĂ©e qu'ils nous ont laissĂ© les clĂ©s dans une boĂźte aux lettres j'ai demandĂ© s'il y avait les biens les draps dans la chambre on m'a rĂ©pondu que oui en arrivant Ă  17H a l'heure indiquĂ©, aucun drap dans la chambre ni de lit parapluie pour le petit, les protĂšge matelas plein d'herbes j'ai appelĂ© 22 fois la centrale pour que quelqu'un puisse me rĂ©pondre et m'envoyer une personne plus d'une heure aprĂšs, des anglais qui ne parlaient pas un mot français sont arriver avec des draps pour des lit de 2 places mĂȘme pour le lit parapluie. Le lendemain matin nous sommes rĂ©veillĂ©s Ă  7H30 par le bruit des dĂ©broussailleuses sous les fenĂȘtres. À la rĂ©ception pour rĂ©gler les draps et les frais de sĂ©jour impossible de sortir la facture, le logiciel et t'en pannes, ils promettent de nous l'envoyer par mail 4 jours aprĂšs toujours rien je dĂ©cide de les appeler au bout de la 5e ou 6e fois je rĂ©ussis avoir quelqu'un qui me passe trois-quatre personnes pour rĂ©ussir avoir notre facture enfin.
