Apartment "Stone house and dependance 7 pers" with Lake View & Wi-Fi

The house is situated in Moltrasio, a quaint village in the first basin of Lake Como. The village is about 8 km from Como and 3km from Cernobbio, known for the presence of Villa D'Este and Villa Erba.

The house is reached after a short, scenic walk 5 /7 minutes (which I'm 37 years we use this time, my mom is 72 years old instead it takes 15 minutes), of course we do not recommend this house to people who have physical problems. (For the transport of luggage you will have our help of course) .you can't arrive with the car in the house, there isn't the way. From house you can enjoy a magnificent view of the lake . description of the house: the main house consists of 2 floors, on the ground floor there is a terrace and a covered veranda in masonry of 25sqm, there is also a kitchen and a bathroom. on the first floor there is the living room with fireplace and double sofa bed, on the second floor there is a double bedroom. these 2 floors are connected by the spiral staircase but also if preferred by external stairs. there is also the annex which is connected by external stairs 5/6 steps. here you will find a living room with sofa bed and a kitchen-bar and on the lower floor a double bedroom with bathroom and two small terraces for dining and relaxing.



Other things to note:

Where there is car park, there is also a good restaurant “ La Trattoria del Fagiano “ and a mini market.

Market is close Sunday and Monday afternoon.
