MOMBASA BUDGET COMFORTABLE STUDIO 10 MINUTES TO THE BEACH.

OVERVIEW
Our studio is on the first floor of a beautiful new building. In an apartment suite with 2 studio units sharing a kitchen. It is fully tilled and has good security. The ground floor is reserved for parking and has a gateman at all times. The neighbourhood is very safe. People move about freely at all hours.

THE SPACE
Each studio has a double bed, toilet and bathroom and is fitted with enough storage space.There is a TV in the kitchen cum sitting room. (Common area) Privacy is totally guaranteed. The kitchen is fully equiped for your meals. Chef can be available on request, at a cost.

Each room can accommodate 2 pple comfortably. We let it out as;

1). one studio unit for 2 at usd 25
2). Entire apartment for 4 (max) at double the fee.

If in need of entire apartment please enquire. Discount will be provided.

THE NEIGHBOURHOOD
The apartment is in a growing middle class neighbourhood. You easily get to mingle and socialise with the people. You will get a sense of how they live and their daily struggles. You will be impressed by their genuine good nature and eagerness to help. You shop for all you want, within the neighbourhood, cost effectively.

There are lots of entertainment spots in the area, the beach is nearby, 10mins away. Haller park, a nature park that used to be a quarry for limestone mining , Mombasa marine park, Butterfly Pavilion, several malls and many others.

GUEST ACCESS
Guests will be able to freely access their room, the kitchen cum sitting area and one parking. You will also have access to the roof top especially to hang out your laundry. You will get house and gate keys on arrival. You will also enjoy unlimited WiFi. You get the password on arrival.

If or when sharing the apartment, access in to the other room without consent is not allowed. We respect and value the privacy of all guests highly.

GUEST INTERACTION
Unless I have another guest or you hire the full apartment, I will be sharing with you. Of course your privacy is totally guaranteed. When am not around, I will be available on call, text or email at all times. Happy to help whenever there is need.

OTHER ISSUES TO NOTE
You are expected to keep your room clean but you can get help and laundry services on request, at a small fee.

Keep the place as you would your own home.

You are free to move in and out as you please but if coming back very late, please let me know so that I inform the gate attendant. I aso advise you use taxis or Tuk tuk then.

GETTING AROUND
Guests can get around easily by Tuk Tuk (three wheelers) or Boda Boda (motor bikes). Public transport to and from town is also available 24hrs.

It is less than 10 mins walk to the local shopping centre and entertainment spots in the neighbourhood, 10 minutes to the beach, beach hotels cheaply by public transport.
