July to January offer the best months for skydiving, windsurfing, kite surfing, snorkeling, and jet skiing. From the sails-covered second-floor terrace of Villa Kwako, guests have breathtaking views of kite-surfers landing at the beachfront by the Ocean. Diani Beach also offers training for the sports.

The Property Manager/Housekeeper caters to guests' needs and plan their stay, comfort, and departures. A dedicated and experienced Chef is available as an option, minimal charge (including barbecues at the "grilling hexagon" of the Gazebo). A gardener/pool attendant and a dedicated security guard keep the premises up to notch. The Property Manager registers guests and advises them on the facilities and the surroundings including Diani Beach swimming and sightseeing visits, neighborhood, and game parks. She arranges for shopping as needed.

In a classy area, Villa Kwako lies is in the vicinity of renowned luxurious hotels, night-life and restaurants, and nature. Other amenities are entertainment places, nature walks. Ask for visits to Borabora Wildlife Paradise, the Kisite-Mpunguti Marine National Park as well as famous islands in the area, such as Wasini and Funzi in the Shimoni locality. The Villa offers 4 secure and neat ensuite bedrooms/modern shower, WC and amenities. A fifth shower/ WC are located on the third-floor terrace, which offers scenic views of the ocean, sky and distant countryside.

The current standard rate is US$ 250 per night (average), for a maximum of 8 persons, taking up the entire premises. For your clothing we will offer you a special price for cleaning and ironing: 1 washing machine load = 15 USD (Sign a register and hand your washing to Housekeeper)
Our Property Manager can also arrange your groceries shopping at a nominal charge.
Upon request, the House Manager can do your shopping for your first breakfast. Guests may send shopping lists in advance.
