A living/dining room with TV (one Murphy bed (160 x 190)) opening onto the terrace, a separate kitchen (4 hotplates, extractor hood, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, oven) also opening onto the terrace, a bathroom with toilet and washing machine. Secure private parking included and bed linens provided.

Just 10 minutes from Garavan train station, you can quickly get to Monaco, Italy, and the entire region. Public parking is available near the apartment. The new Menton Garavan port and the Quai des Sablettes have been redeveloped, offering numerous shops, restaurants, private beaches, water sports, fitness trails, and live entertainment.
