Located on the 2nd floor, this warm and tastefully designed flat is perfect for 2 guests. It features air conditioning, a separate bedroom with a queen-size bed, and a comfortable living area.

Just 100 meters from the Rolex Masters and an 8-minute walk to the bus stop that takes you through Monaco. Paid street parking is available nearby.

The apartment is located in Roquebrune-Cap-Martin between Menton and Monaco.

It is a very pleasant city to spend holidays with family or friends due to its proximity to Italy, Menton, Monaco, Nice and other cities on the French Riviera accessible by train.

It is the perfect place to vary your outings thanks to the sharing between sea and mountains (hiking, paddle, canoeing, visits...).
After an afternoon at the Golf Bleu beach you can dine in a charming restaurant in the village of Roquebrune-Cap-Martin (such as “La Grotte et L’Olivier”).

You can go in 10 minutes by train to Italy (Ventimiglia) or the Principality of Monaco as well as by TER to neighboring towns (Nice, Cannes, Antibes, etc.).

The apartment has an entrance which opens onto a quiet bedroom with a double bed and ceiling ventilation. In this room you will find storage
Be careful though, the street is uphill and can be tiring for some on foot.

There is no parking with the apartment but you have paid metered spaces all along the avenue.

Bus line 100 will take you to Monaco - stop St Roman bus from Nice to Menton
Bus line 13 stop Varavilla - at the bottom of the residence

To park, spaces are available on the street.it is a paying parking

Monaco Buses are at 8 minutes walk from the apartment

There is no parking with the apartment

A set of bed linens and towels is provided per person during your stay and are included in the cleaning fee. An arrival kit awaits you to allow you to start your vacation. this kit includes: small soaps and shampoos, coffee, rolls of toilet paper and trash bags.

Please note that the apartment is located on a hill and even though it is very close to the principality of Monaco, this hill is not ideal on foot with suitcases.
