Immerse we yourself in the breathtaking views from this spacious, light-filled 270 m² villa. The Monaco Bay, Prince Albert's Palace, from the Casino roofs and picturesque Cap Martin – everything is at your feet. Enjoy complete privacy in this green oasis, surrounded by centuries-old olive trees and a pool naturally surrounded by the mighty Roquebrune rocks . Relax on the spacious terrace on the roof top, have your meals at our outdoor kitchen while you savour the Mediterranean tranquility to the fullest.
The villa downstairs has a porch, a lobby, a guest bathroom, a living room with chimney to the left, and a fully equipped kitchen to the right. Upstairs: one master suite with a full bathroom, two double rooms with queen-sized beds and another room with two single beds and a full modern bathroom with a tub.
On the rooftop you have a garden with cipresses, three centenary olives, another guest WC and the most beautiful outdoor kitchen one can imagine with areal sea views like from an airplane. All rooms have stunning views. The months May and June the weather is pleasantly warm. Already great for swimming in the beaches and absolutely relaxing in the exclusive pool which is absolutely private and only for you and your friends or family.

We had a wonderful time in this Villa. The hosts were very helpful and got back to me very quickly if we had questions. The rooms were clean with comfortable beds. The views were stunning. The only thing I would say is there are a lot of steps to everywhere from this Villa including from your car, so you needs a certain level of fitness to stay here.

A location second to none in Roquebrune Cap Martin. Stunning views with exceptional outdoor spaces. Rooftop kitchen and terraces are faultless. Accommodation is stylish, smart and beautifully presented with everything one could wish for. A very comfortable house thoughtfully designed.Approached by pedestrian steps the house is private, secure, and worth the climb...though not for the faint hearted. The private garage an invaluable bonus.Hosted by Jacqueline, handover was great. Jacqueline offered lots of help, information about the local area, restaurant recommendations and always replied promptly and fully to any questions or queries, especially throughout the booking process. Very thoughtful and caring of visitors needs and requests. A unique house and a total pleasure to visit.
