Was woke up at 12 am staff said we were jumping around making to much noise. Asked for 2 rooms next to each other but was put on each end . Waffle machine was broken.

There was a really bad smell in the bed sheets & or comforter which we didn’t notice until really late. Had to leave early in the morning & wasn’t back at property until late again the next night. Informed the women at the desk who said it was too late no one was there to do anything. I slept on the very edge of the bed & my partner slept on the couch. Wish they would have at least comped me a stay for another time.

The human touch and kindness from all employees as well as the breakfast. They need some drinking water in the facility as well as glasses in the rooms.

Rooms were not cleaned very well daily, manager was wonderful and very accommodating, she tried hard with the help she had, the prices quoted here on travelocity were not honored at the motel until I pushed the issue.
