Casa Mortella E is a graceful two-story apartment that is part of an ancient manor house. It sleeps six people. From Casa Mortella E you will have a lovely view of the greenery. Casa Mortella E is 135 square meters (1450 square feet). It features a shared swimming pool, a shared garden, underfloor cooling (effect similar to air conditioning), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 10 km (6.2 miles) from Jesi, where you will find restaurants and shops. You will find the closest restaurant, a grocery store and the bus stop at 2.1 km (roughly 1.3 miles) and the closest beach (Marzocca beach) at 13 km (roughly 8 miles).
Casa Mortella E is located on the first floor of the building. You will reach it from the parking area along a route that cuts through the garden and includes approximately 18 stairway steps.

The swimming pool is 6.5 meters (21 feet) large by 15 meters (50 feet) long, up to 1.4 meters (4.6 feet) deep. The area is equipped with sun umbrellas and sun loungers. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a lovely view of the Marche hills and of the greenery. You will share the pool with guests staying at 5 other apartments. The swimming pool is open from mid-May until the end of October.
Patio
The patio is 200 square meters (2150 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a pergola. It is equipped with tables and chairs. Here you will also find a portable barbecue, as well as a bathroom which is equipped with a washbasin and a toilet. From the patio you will enjoy a view of the greenery and of the surrounding hills. You will share the patio with the other guests staying at the complex.
Garden
The garden is 3500 square meters (37700 square feet). It is partly shaded by a gazebo and by awnings. The garden is equipped with a sofa and two armchairs. The garden is shared with the other guests staying at the complex.
Laundry room
You will be able to reach the laundry room from the patio. Here you will find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board at your disposal. You will share the laundry room with the other guests staying at the complex.  Entrance LevelKitchen
The kitchen is paved with terracotta tiles. The ceiling has characteristic exposed wood beams and terracotta tiles. The furnishings are warm and welcoming. It is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, an Italian-style coffee-maker and a kettle. There is a nice fireplace. The dining table can accommodate six guests. The furnishings of the kitchen include an armchair. The kitchen has two windows, and is equipped with underfloor cooling.
Bedroom 1
You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the corridor. The bedroom has a king-size bed (180 cm/71 inches). The room has a window, and it's equipped with underfloor cooling.
Bathroom
The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the corridor.
Top LevelMezzanine Level
In the living room you will find an open mezzanine level, without door. The mezzanine is paved with wood. The furnishings of the mezzanine include a divan that unfolds into a double bed (140 cm/55 inches). The ceiling is sloped and has characteristic exposed wood beams and terracotta tiles. The mezzanine has two small windows. In this room you will find a satellite smart TV and it has underfloor cooling.
Bedroom 2 with en-suite bathroom
You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the corridor. The ceiling is sloped. It has two twin beds (80 cm/32 inches). The bedroom is equipped with underfloor cooling. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a shower and a hairdryer.
