Booking through hotels.com was very easy reservation was confirmed quickly. I was sent emails about checking in, I could check in using auto system. However, when I arrived at the hotel the system required booking reference. Unfortunately I had not been supplied with a booking reference. So I had to wait outside the hotel for over an hour before staff member turned up. The hotel itself though was very good.

An ok hotel if you can get in

Our main issue was with the "unmanned" mode of operation during the day hours. Our hotels.com entrance code did not work and it took 45 minutes sitting on hold with Ibis to finally get someone on the other side to pick up and give us the entrance code. The room was clean though and the hotel is very inexpensive.

Sur internet le prix du petit dej Ă©tait affichĂ© Ă  7,50€. On s’est dit qu’on allait les acheter sur place et en arrivant sur on place on nous a annoncĂ© 9,5€. En prĂ©cisant que c’était « à partir de «  Jamais je n’ai peu dans un hĂŽtel le prix du petit dej varier selon la saison. Ce n’est pas trĂšs commercial. Mais bon une fois sur place pas le choix. Sinon le petit dej Ă©tait plutĂŽt correct mais pas non plus Ă  tomber par terre pour le prix. Le personnel est est agrĂ©able et disponible
