Spacious 3-brm 2 bath condo on two floors, in-condo sauna where a 12 min walk takes you to the vibrant pedestrian village resort and first chair lift if you are skiing, restaurants and shopping. It's a welcoming sanctuary at the end of day yet close to all of the action. Take in the mountain and nature view with the large windows. Your stay includes free access to Scandinavian-style pool complex with year-round hot tubs, saunas, swimming pools (summer only), 2 woodburning fireplaces, extensively equipped kitchen, patio & BBQ, secure storage for skis/bicycle, free skating rentals, free shuttle. You are only:

* 12 min walk to the pedestrian village to access ski hills, restaurants, shopping.

* 5 min free shuttle ride if you don’t want to walk.

* 5 min walk to the free Scandinavian-style Pool Complex featuring hot tubs, sauna and steam room all open year-round, and summer-only heated pools such lap pool, children's pool area.

* 2 steps away from hiking and biking

* 15 min walk to free skate rentals for the rink in the pedestrian village (weather permitting)

* 20 min walk for free access to the Lac Tremblant beach located near the Fairmont hotel (There is a pass in the condo which you need to bring with you.)

After a day of activities, you have a welcoming sanctuary to return to, away from the noise and crowds. So you can either:

* Relax in the two-person in-condo sauna.
* Have a BBQ and on the patio overlooking the mountain.
* Spend the evening in front of the woodburning fireplace (we provide one ecolog for you to enjoy)

Sure, eating at some of the finest restaurants in the region is fun! But sometimes we all need a good home cooked meal, right? This is why, as foodies, we have stocked our kitchen with the essentials to enable you to a night in for you and your group.

While the condo is equipped to host 8 people, we feel the maximum size is 5 to 6 adults plus children. We are happy to host 8 adults, but it will be a bit cozier. There is a memory foam for the pull-out couch so no need to draw straws to see who sleeps there. Note that the 3rd bedroom with the Queen size bed is a Den converted to a bedroom so there is no window.

We have a Keurig coffee maker with some pods to get you going. It also works with ground coffee for the traditionalists so please bring your favorite coffee. Please bring your own beach towels, firewood (preferably eco-logs). A spare propane tank is in the storage room should the BBQ run out.

No parties, and smoking is strictly forbidden inside and on the balcony.

ADDITIONAL CONDO INFORMATION

Access - An access code will be provided to enable self-check in. There is a security camera at the front door.

Parking & EV Details - A reserved parking spot directly in front of condo and ample additional visitors parking should you need more. EV charging on-site.

AC - The air conditioner is in the living room and cools the main floor and the other rooms are nestled in the rock, so they are naturally cooled.

Bicycle/Ski storage – there is a private, secure locker beside the condo’s main entrance where you can store you bicycles or skis. No bicycles or skis in the condo please.

Fireplace - we provide one easy-to-use ecolog for you to enjoy during your stay. Additional ecologs or firewood can be purchased locally. Please be sure to read the instructions on the mantle place on how to operate the fireplace.

Multi-media – Wifi of course; Each bedroom has its own TV, and the TV in the living room and master bedroom are 4K, Smart TVs. Stream music from the Sonos beam speaker in the living room.

Bike repair/washing station. Iron Man was held at Tremblant for many years and so you'll find high quality bicycle paths and hiking trails as well as a variety of other outdoor activities in the region.
