In the heart of the Ognon Valley, in a village with quality shops (local products, etc.), close to Pesmes (castle, royal house, etc.), and Marnay, a charming town with a wide range of sports and leisure activities: canoeing, kayaking, paddleboarding, fishing, hiking along the Way of St. James, canoeing, cycling trails, etc., the Hugier vineyard, and the "Acorus" water garden in Autoreille. In the pretty village of Montagney, this fully renovated gîte adjoins another gîte, located in one of the outbuildings of Château Terrier de Santans.

- On the ground floor, a fully equipped kitchen opens onto a living/dining room with a double sofa bed and TV. Separate toilet.

- Upstairs: one bedroom with two 90cm beds, one bedroom with a 160cm bed, and a modern bathroom with toilet. A travel cot and high chair are available. Small pets are welcome upon request from the owners.

At the front of the cottage: a beautiful terrace with garden furniture, a parasol, and deckchairs.

All set in a magnificent one-hectare park. Two other small cottages are located on the property. Private parking in the enclosed courtyard with an electric vehicle charging station. One small pet is welcome free of charge upon request.
The all-inclusive rate includes: bed linen and towels for the stay, end-of-stay cleaning (excluding dishes and trash), heating and electricity with reasonable consumption. If the cottage is heated by electricity, you have 15 kWh per day (any excess will be payable on site to the hosts).
