This charming villa spans across 300 square meters on two levels and comfortably accommodates up to 11 adults and 2 children. On the ground floor, you will find an entrance hall leading to an open and spacious living/dining room with satellite TV and CD-player, as well as an additional open living room with an open-hearth fireplace. The large kitchen features 6 hot plates, an oven, a dishwasher, and a microwave. You can easily access the garden and loggia from the ground floor, perfect for enjoying the outdoors. There are two bathrooms on this level, one with a shower and the other with a shower/bidet.

Amenities Included
The villa comes equipped with a children's high chair, internet (WiFi, extra), and a 50-square-meter sun terrace on the top floor. Amenities also include a washing machine, barbecue, dishwasher, satellite TV, heating, microwave, and television. The maximum capacity is 13 guests, with 6 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
