Breakfast disappointing.

The room was comfortable and clean. At breakfast, they had run out of cheese and ham and bacon and eggs. Eventually after around 30 minutes some cold scrambled eggs arrived. Poor show.

The new renovated shower area is excellent. The area immediately outside the ground level accommodation needs some urgent attention and making more attractive. Also it would improve security if the gates closed in the evening as they use to.

Awful

This is a very tired former Campanile hotel (still signposted to Campanile) and a poor reflection on the Kyriad brand. It would have been useful to know before booking for a Sunday evening that the restaurant would be closed and that there are no restaurants safely within walking distance. The bedside lights did not work leaving only a very dim main light and the door would not lock from inside. Would never stay here again.

Heating/aircon wouldn't turn off, therefore, during the night, the fan was quite loud and the room was very warm. One of the lamps didn't work and the room was very dull. However, the bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was clean with a very good shower.

Une partie du personnel n'est pas attentionné, Vendredi matin 9 tables n'étaient pas débarrassée quand nous etions au petit déjeuner alors quelles étaient deux sur place à attendre. Alors que la veille la personne presente était seule et le travail était fait.

Hôtel viello très mal placé près de l'autoroute.

Hébergement viello. Double vitrage sans effet. Hôtel mal placé entre une sortie d'autoroute et l'autoroute elle même ce qui engendre du bruit de voiture permanent. De plus les vitres laissent passer tous les bruits, notamment ceux des gens qui arrivent la nuit sans prendre de précaution. Seule la salle de bain est correcte car refaite récemment. Bonne literie avec grand lit.

Ancien Campanile, l’hôtel est donc ancien mais en bon état. Bonne literie, bon petit déjeuner . Proche de la route donc un peu sonore mais pas trop.
