On top of one of the most perfectly situated Florentine Chianti hills, the villa offers stunning views of the Tuscan valleys and countryside beyond. It’s near Montelupo Fiorentino, a town in the immediate outskirts of Florence, so famous for its ceramics that it’s called “The Town of Ceramics”.

Originally built in the XI century, it has undergone a meticulously conceived restoration with old and original terracotta floors and reclaimed wooden ceilings and it is appointed with the latest modern facilities and air conditioning.
The villa can host 11 guests with the exclusive use of a swimming pool, but if you have a larger party, you can also book the villa Sunflower (just 100 meters far) to host a total of 17 guests (14 + 3 beds) - with the exclusive use of 2 swimming pools and jacuzzi.

OUR OPINION: The ideal place for anyone who desires to unite art, history and relaxation in the sweet nature of Tuscany.

In the villa the bedrooms and the kitchen are equipped by ceiling fans, heating, Satellite TV, wi-fi, DVD player and stereo with CD player, BBQ, ceiling fans, automatic gate, car parking area and a spacious independent garden.

During the low season, upon request, it will also be possible to rent individual apartments, as they are completely divisible and independent.

Our vast gardens, with a wide-sweeping 360° views of the Florentine Chianti hills, are furnished with sun beds, rocking chairs, a double hammock, table and chairs… for a super relaxing villa vacation. In our large veranda, elegantly furnished, you can host all your friends for large outdoor dinners.

The position of the villa, in the center of Florentine Chianti, allows you to reach the most suggestive medieval hamlets of Tuscany in one hour or less.

Spectacular infinity pool with Jacuzzi (8x3.3 m), furnished with sun loungers, recliners, a super relaxing hammock for two, table and chairs, surrounded by lawns and landscaped gardens framed by rolling hills. The pool contains salt water which is healthier and brings the following benefits: elimination of chlorine odor, beneficial action on the skin and reduction of chemicals. The pool is open from May to September. Upon request, it is possible to anticipate or postpone the pool opening period, paying an extra €250/week in cash upon check-in.

Main ground floor: two large living rooms, a wonderful kitchen with splendid arched windows overlooking the valley and a guest bathroom.
The night area consists of:
- a 1st spacious double bedroom with double bed cm. 160x190 (with air conditioning and ceiling fan) with its bathroom with large shower,
- the 2nd double bedroom with double bed cm. 160x190 (with air conditioning and ceiling fan), a separate dressing room and a large private bathroom with shower
- and the 3rd single bedroom / study which is also a passage room for the upper floor.

First Floor: two large living rooms with a large fireplace (perfect for relaxing reading), a second bright and panoramic kitchen with access to the terrace and a bathroom. Then comes:
- the 4th double bedroom with double bed cm. 160x190 (with air conditioning and ceiling fan) with its own private bathroom with large shower,
- the 5th large double bedroom with double bed cm. 160x190 (with air conditioning and ceiling fan),
- and the 6th twin bedroom with 2 beds cm. 80x190 (with air conditioning and ceiling fan) with another bathroom with shower.

The property has been renovated with traditional materials: local stone, exposed wooden beams and Florentine terracotta floors.
All bedrooms, except the single room, are equipped with air conditioning (extra to be paid separately) and ceiling fan.
The original architectural details have been preserved in a new elegant and comfortable design where there are fine paintings, Montelupo ceramics and typical ornaments that characterize the building.

The rental villa can accommodate 11 people in 6 bedrooms, but for larger groups it is also possible to rent the adjacent holiday villa Sunflower (just 100 meters away) for a total of 17 beds and the exclusive use of 2 swimming pools with hydromassage.
