Shower was broken and was told it would be fixed by the time we returned from the marathon, but the guy didn’t show up to fix it. The manager tried to fix it but totally broke it. Had to change rooms without compensation. No bedside reading lights. Washcloths had holes in them. No blackout shades and shutters let light in all night from outside. Extremely expensive for what you get…motel 6 quality hotel

The room was very nice and large, and seemed to have been recently renovated. Across the street from DelMonte shopping center, it’s equidistant between Carmel and Poppy Hills. Three senior guys with golf gear sleeping in the same room could be difficult but with the two king beds and sleeper sofa, it worked out fine (and we’re still friends).

Great 1st Family Trip

This was our first stay in Monterey. The hotel was easy to find. Easy check in, nice staff, & clean rooms. We booked the two rooms to accommodate our large family. The hotel was able to accommodate our request for 1 room w/ADA accessibility & to have our rooms side by side. Hotel was less than 10 minutes away from the wharf, which was a plus. Overall, I would stay here again for the location, price, & cleanliness of hotel.

We’re on a girlfriend’s trip and there were 3 of us in the room! We were very impressed with the size of the room and the bathroom, the comfort of the beds and the cleanliness! We’d definitely stay there again!

Very high beds ,difficult for orderly people to get on a bed and also was hard for the kids to get in and off the bed .. why to have so high beds for ?!! It’s not even safe and kids have to jump off and it’s bringing more noise for people downstairs . We moved a bed so will be safer for the kid not to fall off the bed and it was so dirty behind the bed ..
