There was a hairball on the floor honestly disgusting didn’t even stay would never come back very unsafe people standing outside seeming unwell definitely do not stay here
My partner and I were pleased by the end of the stay but when we walked in the room it clean from when we walked in but when we showered there was a lot of hair in the bathtub, being from long to super short hairs…. Knowing me I cleaned it up before I showered with a towel and hot water and some soap! But everything else was pretty good. Not nice but stayable Forsure. Bed was okay too since my back was good in the morning. Front attended was really nice. He gave us a room choice on what floor and gave us the best room that they had.

Disliked: Property conditions & facilities
The Hotel Needs TLC
This place was quiet, and we did sleep well. However, the hotel is very run down.
There was water coming up the seams of the wood floor and I got my socks all wet when I called the front desk the sent a maintenance guy but he couldn’t do anything more than put some towels on the floor. It seemed that the A/C Heating unit had water all around it. The towels were completely soaked in no time. They offered us another room but we were checking out the next morning so it didn’t make any sense. They did say to contact Expedia for them to compensate me with a credit through Expedia. Please let me know what can be done. It was very inconvenient.
The hotel isn’t in great condition, it’s pretty dated, and the room had an unpleasant smell. You can hear everything from all the rooms near you and random noises from what appears to be the plumbing? The heater was not working. We also heard a lot of screams in the middle of the night, which isn’t necessarily the hotels fault, but not something you want to go through. Overall not a great experience but I guess you get what you pay for?
This place needs to update the heater, it makes noise, floor wasn’t mopped, I walk on the floor with out shoes my feet got dirty really fast, overall place its in a great location…
