Fantastic Location! One block from Ocean Avenue, easy parking, and cozy rooms. A little dated, but still fantastic. It's a full one bedroom apartment with a kitchen and living room. This makes for a much more comfortable and relaxing experience. And as a minority white-male in California, it was very safe too :-)
