Casa Arveja is located on the second floor of a modern condominium. There is a large dining/lounge room with two large glass doors that open onto a terrace organized with deckchairs, chairs and a table on which to enjoy aperitifs and unforgettable dinners or simply enjoy the view of the Cinque Terre coast. In total there are 4 bedrooms,
The master bedroom has a double bed. Room 2 and 3 have two single beds which CANNOT be joined to form a double bed and room 4 has 1 single bed, which is rare to find in Monterosso, which guarantees the possibility of comfortably accommodating up to 6 people. This makes the house a perfect choice for large families or groups of friends. Each room is bright and has ample space for personal things (clothes, dresses, etc....). There are also ceiling fans in every room which, together with the sea breeze, will keep the room cool even on the hottest days.
Two of the rooms have their own balcony and in 3 of the rooms you will find a dedicated sink for your convenience.
There are two bathrooms, one of which is a modern "all in one": shower and toilet, and the other is a complete bathroom including a washing machine.

The modern style kitchen is cleverly located near the dining/living room and the terrace. It is clean, modern and well equipped with everything you might need to organize a full snack or dinner/lunch.

The decor is casual but very pleasant with a mix of ancient and modern, original art and a nautical and maritime feeling.

The cleaning fee includes 90 euros for linen . City Tax: € 3,00 per person per night to pay at check-in for a maximum of 3 nights
