Can’t beat the location to attend events at Cintermex Convention Center. Also near Arena Monterrey and one of the entrances to Parque Fundidora. The lobby is nice, but lacks amenities, would be great if they offered coffee in the mornings. During the afternoon they do offer water but they put out very few glasses. Staff is attentive, I had a late flight when arriving, so I called to let them know, they said not to worry. Easy check in and out. The rooms are comfy, air conditioning worked well but a bit noisy. Beds were clean, but floors and the bathroom could have been cleaned better. There’s a restaurant in site, but did not try it. A few other options around, and also 7/11 around the corner. All in all, a good stay.

The service was terrible, very inconvenient. The payment terminals don’t issue receipts, they constantly bother you by phone, they charge for many things that should be free, there is terrible management, and they don’t know how to use Expedia.

Really bad customer service. The door keys did no work almost for 3 days, sometimes I had to come back to front desk up to 3-4 times to ask for help to get into my room.
