GENERAL AIRBNB RULES

Please read the rules before making a reservation.

Keep noise levels low, especially after 10 pm; fines will be imposed starting with the first warning.
Only registered guests and visitors, notified to the host via the platform, will be allowed access.
Parties are prohibited, as is walking outside the apartment with open alcoholic beverages.
A fee will be charged for towels and/or sheets if stained by makeup or any other substance.
Smoking inside the apartment is prohibited.
Park only in the designated spot.
Turn off air conditioners when leaving the apartment.
No pets allowed. For service animals, please provide documentation.
Leave keys and/or access cards in the designated location as instructed by the host.
An additional charge will apply if electricity usage exceeds the allowed limit.

BUILDING AND AMENITY RULES

Common areas of the building must be respected; guests are financially responsible for any damages.
Maintain respectful behavior towards neighbors and security staff.

FINES

Violating any rules in either set of regulations or being fined by the complex for inappropriate behavior may result in fines starting from $2,000 MXN.

Damage and/or loss of linens, furniture, or inventory: Replacement or repair cost + 25% of the value as a management fee.
Extra cleaning due to excessive dirt, fabric stains, and/or smoking inside the property: Starting from $1,500 MXN.
Property damage: Cost of materials + labor cost + cost of nights blocked for repairs.
Loss of keys and/or access cards: Replacement or repair cost + 25% of the value as a management fee.
Losing keys and/or access cards will incur a replacement fee of $500 MXN.
