The property and staff are AMAZING! But the only thing that I don’t agree with, is that Expedia charged $8 for the shuttle from / to airport, (so $16 total) but the front desk lady said that the shuttle service was FREE. So I feel that I was unjustly charged by Expedia

Pretty good for the cost, but the hotel shares its small Peking lot with a restaurant and its own meeting space, which blocks the entire space. Other than that and the transit problems, it’s ok and convenient

It may not be so bad... but it is.

After 1 hour in line for check-in, the bathroom was dirty, it had fecal matter that did not go, the room that was changed for me was not served by the outlets, the exit was marked at 1 pm, the ladies of the toilet were bothering since 7 in the morning, the shower did not have hot water when they were told in the reception room, they only told me "their comments are very important" but I did not even sign them up or fill a report.
