No hot breakfast, only fruit , cereals, yogurt. Also, I had to ask for towels, they just provided 2, for a family of 6. And the sofa , is not sofa bed, is a futon, so it was very uncomfortable to sleep there, and there was not sheets or blankets for it, we had to ask for them. We reserved a suite for 6 , so it was supposed that we were to use the “sofa bed” or futon.

Lobby staff deja mucho que desear.
El personal del lobby es lo único deficiente en este hotel. No saben ayudar, responden con mala cara y nunca saben nada. La única que sabe hacer su trabajo en lobby es Gabriela que a pesar de su condición de sordo muda siempre está muy atenta para ayudar. Los demás no saben nada de atención al cliente.
