Looks like they dont like reservations made via expedia, at checkin the guy at the front desk saw that my reservation was via expedia and asked me to provide a “coupon” i told him that was not sure about what that means and he said nevermind... gave me the room i booked, 2 queens, arrived at the room and the look was so bad, seems that there is some remodeling but this room its still on the pending list so its old and beaten up, i went back to the front desk and asked if can pay to move to a king and the guy kept sayin that there were no other rooms and nothing could be done, and that he gave me what i booked via expedia (again the mention) , i told him that i knew but wanted to get a king room and pay the difference if any but really didnt cooperate so i just took it and stay there which was terrible.
The beds are ok but the pillows are designed to break your neck.
The buffet is free otherwise would be a crime to charge you for it, every day something was extra salty or tasted weird, the weitress are not very friendly nor helpful , to get coffe can take like 20 minutes.
My father in law arrived on thursday noon asking if there was a room so he can stay a night and the front desk guy said no, that everything was full and most likely wont be able to get a room, we were talking for some time and then he went back to check and there was a lady now and she told him that yes there are available rooms and gave him one right away, also got one of the remodeled.
