Welcome to our gîte for a couple and a child, located on the first floor of a villa with garden. This comfortable, air-conditioned self-catering accommodation offers everything you need for a pleasant, relaxing stay.
The spacious bedroom has a double bed (160 cm) and a futon bed for children (70 x 190 cm), as well as a private bathroom with walk-in shower and WC. You'll also find air conditioning, a TV and Wi-Fi access.
The self-contained kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need: fridge, hob, microwave, coffee maker, kettle and full set of crockery.
Outside, a small furnished area with table, chairs and parasol awaits you for relaxing moments. A swimming pool (4.50 x 8.50 m), shared with guests and a second gîte, is open from 10am to 7pm. A washing machine is also available.
The gîte is ideally located for exploring the region: close to the sea, mountains and a lake. Golf, restaurants and walks are all within easy reach, with Spain only 30 minutes away.
