Manor house "Villa Lavinia". 2 houses in the resort. 1 km from the centre of Montevarchi, 30 km from the centre of Arezzo, 40 km from the centre of Firenze, in a sunny position. Private: garden, swimming pool (8 x 4 m, depth 135 cm, seasonal availability: 30.Mar. - 26.Oct.). Hot tub, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: reception, WiFi (all included), central heating system, heating available only from 01.Nov. - 07.Apr.. Motor access to the house (200 m via unmade road).
