Great staff and room

Pros: The included breakfast was delicious.
We loved this location, although it was a 8-10 minute walk from the center of town. It was quite and peaceful with good restaurants nearby. The staff was great in making recommendations and arrangements for activities.

Nice stay

Pros: centrally located for tours. large, clean rooms.
Cons: I'd love a pool- but there aren't many places in this area with pools- it's on a mountain!
Location: You can walk downtown or it's a short drive. There are some great tours- totally go zip lining!!!
The staff are friendly. Breakfast was yummy- not a consistent breakfast menu though (one day pancakes, the next day eggs, etc). It's a good location for going around the area- a lot of tours pick up at this hotel. We had our two young kids and the staff was very nice and helpful.

Excellent stay, great location.

What a surprise this was. Our room was beautiful and clean. The staff were excellent as well, and ensured our stay was pleasurable. Jose booked two tours for us, and shuttles arrived at the lodge to take us to our destinations. The lodge was within walking distance to town, so there was no need to drive. Highly recommend the Rustic Lodge!
