Beautiful duplex design air-conditioned single storey facing the sea

Beautiful apartment for 4 people which offers a magnificent view of the sea.
Access to the sea is immediate since it suffices to walk down - no road traverser- on rocks or in a nearby creek.
The apartment is a duplex with air conditioning on both levels and high ceilings that give it an undeniable originality.
On the ground floor, after a beautiful entrance there is a large room for 2 extended by a balcony on ground floor overlooking a small garden.
At this level, there is also a bathroom.
Upstairs, where the ceiling height is particularly important, we discover a vast panorama: on the right the Cap Corse, on the left above the Ile Rousse which we admire the sunset in the evening from the terrace.
This first floor is a large living room with a lounge area where there are 2 sofas that turn into beds in 160 cm and 120 cm wide and serves as a second bedroom.
There is also a dining area, a very modern kitchen and a 2nd bathroom.
The entire living room is parquet which gives it a warm character.
This is the lounge area which is extended by the terrace where you can see the already mentioned view.
In terms of equipment, the apartment is fully air conditioned.
There is a TV, Hifi chain and broadband Internet access.
The apartment has a covered parking in the basement, which is very significant in summer.
Home delivery is included in the rent, as well as sheets, blankets / comforters, and towels.
On the reception upon arrival, a trusted welcomes you, hands you the keys, makes you visit the apartment provides you with inventory and gives you information about the place and the region.
To return to the external environment of the apartment, I have already mentioned the direct access to the sea. Also be aware that a small path at the foot of the residence follows along the coast and can reach the beach of Ile Rousse in 10 minutes walk.
It is understood that this beach as other nearby are reached by car but the purpose here is to indicate that there is an alternative to the car to go swimming.
Similarly, you will go to the city of Ile Rousse by car or walk in 15 minutes along the small coastal path.
L'Ile Rousse is a nice little town animated in any season where there are bars and restaurants shaded squares.

Every morning there is a market in the covered market and a Casino supermarket is located downtown. A Leclerc hypermarket is located at the southern tip of Ile Rousse towards Calvi.
A railway station allows you to go to Calvi, Bastia or Corte. The train ride through the Balagne and the mountain is beautiful and sometimes with impressive peaks in the west coast of Corsica.
If you want to see a bit inside, Corte, in the valley of Asco or the forest of Bonifatu you'll discover streams and water basins where you get immense pleasure to refresh you and picnic lunch.
It should also visit the many villages of Balagne, but also those a little more secrets of the Castagniccia, without forgetting the Cap Corse, Saint-Florent, the areas of the famous Patrimonio wine and amazing desert Agriates.
