The residence was built in the 1970s by the famous architect Ico Parisi and is equipped with all the comforts for an exclusive home, such as concierge service, indoor and outdoor swimming pools with a solarium area, gym, sauna, and more.

The condominium complex boasts two swimming pools, one outdoor during the summer and one indoor, both accessible free of charge. SURROUNDINGS
Montorfano is a small town in the province of Como. It takes 15 minutes by car to reach the center of Como. If you prefer to stay in Montorfano, you will still find shops, bars, and restaurants nearby, and the public beach (lido) with a beach bar and restaurant is a 15-minute walk away.
GETTING AROUND
For the convenience of guests, we recommend arriving by car. This way, you can easily reach Como and Lecco, as well as the shops and restaurants in the area. Traveling to and from Montorfano is also feasible with public transport, although it is less practical if you wish to explore the surroundings further. There is an ASF bus stop near the house, and the lines reach Como and other locations on the lake. Tickets can be purchased on the bus (cash only) or at the main bus station in Como. Please note that bus services are not frequent and end around 8 PM. Taxi services are also available but not always easily found in the area.
From Como, it is easy to travel by train to Milan and Switzerland (Lugano, Bellinzona, Locarno). There are also public ferries that reach other locations on the lake from the pier in Como city center. Please note that there may be long queues for ticket purchases. Tickets can also be purchased online on the Navigazione Laghi website. The nearest airports are Milan Malpensa, Milan Linate, and Orio Al Serio in Bergamo. A shuttle service to and from the airports can be easily arranged for an additional cost. TIPS
For moving around and walking along Lake Como, especially in the small towns, it is necessary to wear comfortable shoes.
There are many public drinking water fountains in the area, and the water is safe to drink unless otherwise indicated. Tap water is also potable. You can bring your refillable bottle!
In Italy, many shops (especially small ones) and services are closed in the middle of the day, so be sure to plan your shopping accordingly.
Lake Como is one of the deepest lakes in Europe and the deepest in Italy. Swimming and diving are prohibited in many areas and can be dangerous. For those who wish to immerse themselves in the water, however, there are some options. In Como, there is an outdoor pool near Villa Olmo, but swimming in the lake is not advisable and mostly prohibited. Residents and visitors also enjoy going to Nesso, where the bravest swimmers can dive into the lake from the ancient Roman bridge near the waterfall.
The property is located in a mountainous region. The surrounding Prealps may not seem very high, but the climate is still influenced by the nearby mountains, and temperatures can change quickly. Pay particular attention to weather conditions during excursions and bring warm and waterproof clothing!
