The service at the hotel was not up to the mark. We were three guests per room however the toiletries provided were not enough per day and the stock of toiletries were also not updated from time to time. We did not have towels in the room when we checked in. We had to reach out for every basic thing that was expected to be available on check in. The hotel rooms are made well with good quality materials, however the hospitality is not up to the mark.

The inside of the rooms was dirty. Lots of hairs and dirt around the bathroom floor etc. WiFi kept dropping. This is a 2 star hotel right now. Big renovations in lobby. I would never stay here again ! I considered booking another hotel and leaving but had to catch a 6 am flight the next day so just stayed here anyway. Terrible hotel right now.

There’s a huge space where the pool is that could have a water slide or something a little more exciting for the kids. You could tell that it was an old hotel and that it needed a lot of work.
