My Experience at Holiday Inn Montreal
Unfortunately, my stay was disappointing. After a long day of work and travel, I was surprised to find no facial tissues in the room and no bottled water provided for drinking or making coffee. When I called the front desk—after waiting several minutes—I was told to come down myself to pick up tissues. For water, I was told I could buy a bottle from the vending machine for $2.
It also seemed that during the night there was only one staff member handling everything: reception, phone calls, and guest requests, which is unacceptable for a hotel of this brand and price.
I paid a high rate expecting proper service, but I did not find even the basic amenities. Overall, it was an unsatisfactory experience, and I would not stay here again.
