Hotel is in a great location, room was clean and well appointed. Pool area was lovely and water temp was nice and warm! Food and service at the restaurant were very good sans a mix up with our morning request for soft boiled eggs which was quickly rectified. Parking was not so good. Poor communication between the front desk and valet meant delays in retrieving our car; made the valet not worth the extra expense. Young woman at the front desk was not at all helpful with this issue.

Modern hotel, clean room, didn't ear a noise, underground parking. At the far east of the old port, so it's a good walking distance of "the center" but expect to walk alot when staying in the old port. Or take an Uber

I say this as a picky traveler, especially with hotels; the price is reasonable for what you get, the view and attachment to a historic part of the city is ideal for a first-timer to Montréal, and the location could not have been better. Not even 4 minutes walking from the beautiful old town, with just enough distance to feel undisturbed by the nightlife, and close enough to the more modern part of the city. Couldn’t ask for a better stay.

Unwelcoming front desk

Check in was not smooth . Even though i pre payed they still wanted a charge on my CC. When i asked the front desk where this was written that a CC was required he told me the confirmation email , i gave him my phone and showed him the confirmation email . He could not find the "required" and pointed to the applicable fees may be possible. Again this does not say credit card required . Then he goes on to change his story that it was written when i booked on the hotels.com app putting the blame on htels.com. I had just gotten my CC stolen and was put in an odd situation where i was far from home and left embarrassed. The solution? 150$ charge on my debit instead of 75$ for credit . Was not a pleasing check in at all . Other than that the hotel was beautiful but i question the cleanliness as i found dog toys scattered across the room upon arrival... I dont have a dog with me . Rooftop pool was amazing , the included breakfast had limited selection, definitely went to get a real breakfast after the fact .

Winter trip to Montreal

This is a clean, very well-maintained property. The rooms have central air conditioning and are quiet. The heated swimming pool is exceptionally comfortable during cold weather. There is a good restaurant inside; however, many restaurants are nearby. Excellent location.
