From the Airport, you can take bus 747 all the way to metro station (subway station) Berri-Uqam. From there go up to metro station Laurier (only 3 stations). You are at the apartment within a 7 minute walk.

From the apartment you can get downtown or to Old Montreal by metro or with buses (55 on St-Urbain or 80 on Park ave) in 15 minutes.

1. When you make a reservation with us, you are agreeing to all of the following House Rules. So please read carefully.

2. Guests are not allowed to make a reservation in their city of residence nor book for a third party, unless they obtained the host`s consent prior to booking. Please contact us if you`re from the greater Montreal area and/or booking for a third party. No such instant reservations are allowed. Note that if instant reservation of this kind occurs, we will have the right to cancel the reservation without guest`s notice or consent. Contact our team to learn more before confirming your booking.

3. Guest are required to fill an online Check-In form within a maximum of 48h after making the reservation and prior to checking in. The form will ask for a government issued ID, consistent with the identity of the person who made the reservation.

4. Check-in time occur between 4 pm and 11pm. You`re welcome to request an early check in, but this is not guaranteed and we can only confirm 24 hours in advance.

5. Parties or excessive noises are not allowed in our locations. Please respect other guests in the buildings. If more than one intervention is required or if the intervention of the police is required, all occupants will have to vacate the premises and the guest will lose the entire security deposit.

6. For the health and safety of all our guests, we DO NOT allow pets or smoking of any kind inside the apartment at any time. Breaking this rule will result in the loss of your entire security deposit.

7. The guest is responsible for keeping the space clean and in order. It is the responsibility of the guest to clean their dishes, bring furniture back to its original spot, pick up their trash and bring it out.

If a location is left in a messy state, we will charge $50 for every extra hour of cleaning required.

8. Guests take full responsibility for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises or its facilities. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises. Guests recognize that they may personally purchase insurance to protect themselves in such events.

9. If the number of people on the premises exceeds the number originally stated in the booking, the security deposit will be charged in full. Exceptions can occur.

10. If you notice anything that presents a danger that could result in damage to the location or to any individuals, let us know immediately. The condition of the premises is established before arrival and after departure. The visit after departure will allow the Landlord to review the general condition and cleanliness of the apartment. The premises must be return in perfect condition and entirely operational. Any damage to the apartment and its content will be charged to you, including a $ 50/hour fee to cover repair and/or replacement time (shopping, etc.).

11. If guests delay the cleaners from beginning their cleaning at the predetermined Check-Out time, guests will be charged $199/hour. This hourly fee doubles after 2h. The fee is applied at the start of the each subsequent hour.

This does not apply if our team has approved a late checkout in advance.

12. In the event that we have a legitimate cause for concern, (including but not limited to: electrical or plumbing issues, presence of pets, smoking inside the premises, overcrowding, neighbour complaint for excessive noise or other serious reasons), the apartment may be entered by a member of our team, without prior consent of the guest, to ensure its integrity.

Idéal pour se ressourcer

Belles proportions des piÚces agréablement distribuées. Literie trÚs confortable. L'appartement est au 1er étage du bùtiment avec accÚs par un escalier intérieur (appréciable en hiver), assez raide il est vrai avec les bagages... L'accÚs par code est bien pratique lors des activités indépendantes des différents occupants. Bien envie de revenir pour profiter de la terrasse extérieure ! Le quartier est top et trÚs belle découverte d'un restaurant gastronomique sur le trottoir d'en face (La Chronique, 2 chefs belges). A signaler juste un petit problÚme avec les poubelles dont le dépÎt à l'extérieur est assez anarchique.

The location was superb - very convenient and incredible proximity to restaurants, shops, etc. Apartment was spacious and quiet despite being on a relatively busy street. Check-in was easy and communication with host was extensive, timely, and useful. Bedrooms were cozy and linens were good quality. Smart TV was easy to setup and use. We appreciated the well-supplied kitchen, but we ate out every meal! The only negatives are small but perhaps still worth noting:* apartment is up a set of relatively skinny and steep stairs so be aware if you or anyone in your group has mobility issues and/or lots of luggage. Circular fire-escape to parking space in back is very handy for quick access to car but even more tricky - again, especially if you have heavy bags.* old hardwood floors are charming, but old and very creaky. It sounds like you'll wake the dead going to the bathroom in the middle of the night* extra charge for parking space despite it being directly behind the apartment and most likely owned with the apartment. Just bake it into the price of the rental.Overall, a really good experience and we hope to return someday soon!

Lovely place, lovely neighborhood!

Lovely, light, carefully renovated with period details preserved, extremely comfortable, I can recommend this apartment wholeheartedly. My family and I had a great time staying there. And the neighborhood is so interesting and pleasant, with cafes and restaurants and warm bagels close by. One of the nicest places I've stayed in Montreal.

Wonderful place in a fantastic location

We loved staying here--a really nice, modern, clean and spacious apartment in an amazing neighborhood, close to loads of bakeries, cafes and restaurants. Previously, we've stayed downtown, and this was a million times better in terms of getting a sense of the "real" Montreal. Unlike some other places we've tried in the past, this really does sleep the number of people it promises, and comfortably (the mattresses are great!). If you have a car, definitely pay extra for the parking space; one less thing to worry about. The place was easy to find and the owners were quick to respond to any questions on concerns. If you're super sensitive to creaky floors, maybe this isn't 100% perfect for you, but such is the nature of older buildings anywhere, no matter the city, and for us, it added to the sense of coziness and distance from a more antiseptic hotel experience. It's an indoor place to use as home base for exploring: the "balcony" where you can grill looks into a shabby alley and the backs of other apartment buildings, but we didn't come to a big city with amazing food to grill or sit outside in the back, so it was a total non-issue for us. If it's within your budget and you want to be in a fun part of town, you should definitely have this place near the top of your list.

Great apartment in a nice neighborhood

The apartment worked perfectly for our group (3 couples). It was well stocked/supplied. The check-in process was super easy, and the property managers communicated very clearly about that as well as the parking options. We liked the neighborhood - good bars, restaurants and shopping within easy walking distance.

Great space and location

Spend 4 nights at the house. Excellent location with excellent choices to eat and markets. Subway and buses just nearby. Place is spaceaous and plenty of natural light.

Family Reunion

We had a great stay. We were celebrating my 90 yr old mother’s birthday so were looking for a location where we could cook dinner and enjoy a quiet spot for our family to reconnect - it was perfect. It is a perfect spot for exploring all areas of the city.

Great Montreal visit

The apartment was really comfortable and clean. We opted for paying for parking and were delighted to have a spot right behind the apartment building. I would definitely recommend doing this if available. Loved having many really good restaurants nearby plus a wonderful boulangerie/patisserie right across the street. Dealing with Yann, our contact person, was easy and reliable. I would definitely return here if I head to Montreal again.

Wonderful

The apartment was just as beautiful as advertised and spotlessly clean as well as quiet. The kitchen was well appointed and the back deck was lovely for dinner or just to relax. The Mile end neighborhood is conveniently located near great restaurants and shopping. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would return.
