Located just an 8-minute walk from Plamondon Metro Station, you'll enjoy quick access to downtown Montreal in under 20 minutes. We're also close to the iconic Orange Julep, the new Royalmount shopping and entertainment district, restaurants, grocery stores, and major highways.

The Space

Our private apartment occupies the second floor of a triplex and comfortably accommodates up to four guests.

Very comfortable for our quick family stay. Nice playground in the neighborhood. It was an easy walk to transit and the host had the AC on before we arrived which was quite welcome. Would recommend for smaller families (two beds and a couch that's not a sleeper) and it was the right size for our family. Everything inside was clean and bright and the new appliances and ability to do laundry in unit were very appreciated. Would stay again. Host provides slippers, but would still recommend bringing your own (but the floors were very clean). Thanks for the good stay. Also, plenty of available street parking, and we had a spot in front of the door for our whole stay, which was great.
