Check in was efficient, changed our room for 2nd floor as I requested. Our keys didn’t work due to door battery dead. This was immediately taken care of by maintenance. Room clean, nice pool. Room a bit cold..can’t get heat to go up

Away from the city centre but close to metro and amenties. The hotel was clean and the staff was very courteous especially the kitchen staff. The bed comfort was okay but the sofa bed was totally uncomfortable, although my small children didn't seem to mind. It was great to have a kitchen, laundry facilities, gym and indoor pool for our week-long stay.

We stayed for a week. Had to move rooms 4 times due to AC/heat not working, next room had perfume and stale odours/cigarette smoke smell coming through vents. Third due to a TV that didn’t work. Finally at the end of our stay a room that seemed OK. The front desk are very kind but Supervisors don’t care if you’re not happy. Would never stay there again.

Staff were attentive. Hotel has gym, pool, sauna and coin operated laundry machines - all located in the same floor. It’s easy to do laundry and then fit in some exercise. Location is not downtown but close enough to the train station - about 7 minute walk.
